Research On The Integrated Development Of Rural Industries Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

The integrated development of rural industries is an important measure to optimize the allocation of resources and promote the revitalization of rural areas.It is an inevitable requirement for the modernization of agriculture with Chinese characteristics in the new era,also as a new model to promote the development of agricultural rural areas.In recent years,the government introduced a series of policies about guiding the development of rural industry integration.And also local governments at all levels are actively implement the development strategies of rural industry integration.Rural industry integration can not only broaden the channels of increasing farmers' income and improve farmers' living standards but also prosper the rural industry,thereby alleviating the problem of aging,promoting rural agricultural modernization,and then to realize comprehensive revitalization of the country.Therefore,the analysis and research on the integrated development of rural industries has become a hot topic and has the important practical significance.This paper is based on the theory of integrated industrial development and Xi's idea of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers",closely combined with the rural revitalization strategy,taking Zhengyang County in Henan Province as the research object,combing the government's support policy for rural industrial integration development,visiting and consulting materials through field investigation Starting with the current status of Zhengyang County's industrial development,combined with the actual situation of Zhengyang County and interview data,it deeply analyzed the current concrete measures to promote the integrated development of peanut industry in Zhengyang County,including strengthening policy guidance and building a service platform;consolidating the industrial foundation,Strengthen the first industry;pay attention to internal factors and external training,improve quality standards;extend the peanut industry chain,multi-chain value-added;create a national modern industrial park,build a first-class park;develop leading enterprises,lead small and medium-sized enterprises.Also this paper analyzes the problems and causes in the industrial integration development of zhengyang county and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.Through the research on the current situation of the integrated development of Zhengyang county industry,it is found that the development of Zhengyang peanut industry has excellent resources,solid industrial foundation,good policy environment and wide-open market.However,from the long-term perspective of modern agricultural development and sustainable development,there are still many problems including Including insufficient land transfer system to support industrial integration,lack of in-depth industrial integration policies,slightly inadequate industrial integration professionals,insufficient financial support system,and inadequate government infrastructure construction.The reason can be summarized as insufficient industrial integration system,insufficient innovation capability of the main body ofindustrial integration management,and insufficient implementation of industrial integration policies.To this end,combined with the case of Zhengyang County,five suggestions were put forward to promote the implementation of land transfer policies,increase the added value of agricultural products,cultivate the innovative capabilities of industrial integration management entities,establish and improve financial support systems,and improve infrastructure construction.In this way,we will promote the integrated development of rural industries,promote the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas.
