Research On The Function Of Government In The Integration Of Rural Tertiary Industries Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

Integration of rural,tertiary and industrial sectors is still in its infancy in China,which is of great practical significance to effectively increase rural income,protect rural ecological environment and prosper rural society,and promote sustainable development in rural areas.How to make agriculture an ambitious industry,how to make farmers an attractive occupation,and how to promote the modernization of agricultural industry will become the main research direction and topic of the integrated development of rural three industries.In this paper,under the background of rural revitalization of ningxiang city S town as an example,from the perspective of public management,the comb in rural tertiary industry integration and the functions of the government function,on the basis of relevant theories,using literature research,field survey and the questionnaire survey and other research methods,based on S,promote rural tertiary industry integration and the functions of the government role play to the present situation analysis,This paper discusses the problems and causes of government functions in the process of promoting the integrated development of rural three industries in S Town,and puts forward suggestions on strengthening government guidance,scientifically formulating development plans,strengthening talent team construction and strengthening factor guarantee based on the actual situation of the integrated development of rural three industries in S Town.It can not only study how the government of S town makes use of government functions to further promote the integration of rural tertiary industries in S town,but also provide guidance for other regions to better promote the integration of rural tertiary industries.(The main text contains 34,488 words and 78 references)...
