Selecting and dispatching cadres to the village is an institutional arrangement for the Party and the country to strengthen rural work for a long time.With the successful completion of poverty alleviation and the comprehensive opening of the rural revitalization strategy,the village assistance will also be comprehensively upgraded.In the face of new tasks and new requirements,how to help the village team members improve their work efficiency and improve the quality of rural revitalization has become an urgent and significant practical problem.By using the methods of questionnaire,interview and case analysis,this paper selected the resident members of six representative counties(cities and districts)in Yunnan Province,including the national key assistance counties,provincial key assistance counties,ethnic autonomous counties,and border counties,as the research objects.Based on the incentive theory,embedded governance theory,and target management theory,this paper explored the strategies and mechanisms for the resident members to improve their work efficiency in the context of rural revitalization.This article traces the selection process of Yunnan’s village team members and summarizes their significant achievements in promoting comprehensive poverty alleviation,strengthening rural governance,promoting Party policies,and consolidating talent strength;Analyzed the new challenges faced by resident team members in rural revitalization work,including the overall improvement of work difficulty and continuous improvement of ability requirements,as well as the great opportunities for personal growth,career development,and achievements,and pointed out the necessity of improving the effectiveness of resident team members;Based on the questionnaire and interview results,four dilemmas faced by Yunnan village team members in terms of their effectiveness were identified: imperfect selection system,mismatched work mechanism,inadequate incentive protection,and lack of personal abilities;Furthermore,suggestions are proposed to optimize the innovative selection mechanism,strengthen the management of village work,improve incentive and guarantee measures,and enhance the effectiveness of education and training,in order to improve the work efficiency of village team members and help achieve results in rural revitalization. |
