Research On Residents’ Satisfaction Evaluation And Influencing Factors Of Human Settlement Environment In Rural Tourism Places

Since the implementation of the new rural revitalization plan,the improvement of rural habitat environment has been widely carried out in the vast rural areas of China.The habitat environment of rural tourism sites is related to the quality of tourism activities and tourists’ senses in rural tourism sites on the one hand,and also affects the promotion of rural revitalization strategy and the effectiveness of rural development on the other.In recent years,the study of rural habitat environments has become a hot issue in rural research that cannot be ignored.The study of rural tourism area habitat environment mainly involves two aspects,namely,the evolution mechanism of habitat environment and rural tourism planning and design.The lack of attention to the habitat environment and needs of rural residents in rural tourism areas has neglected the main role of rural residents in the process of rural construction and habitat environment transformation.Therefore,this study carries out the satisfaction evaluation of living environment from the perspective of rural tourism destination residents and tries to find a breakthrough in rural living environment governance from the perspective of local villagers’ sense of experience and satisfaction.Through the analysis of the influencing factors of residential environment satisfaction evaluation,we understand the path to improve the satisfaction of residents’ residential environment,so as to achieve the research purpose of providing theoretical basis and practical experience for promoting the coordinated development of rural tourism and rural residential environment.By sorting out the policy background,social background and academic background of rural habitat environment research,understanding the relevant theories,methods and current situation of rural habitat environment research,and conducting research design based on this,this study obtained the sample data of the satisfaction evaluation of residents’ habitat environment in the scenic area of Zhu De’s hometown through field survey and household questionnaire survey.Firstly,on the basis of testing the reliability and validity of the sample,the evaluation system of satisfaction with the living environment of rural tourism destination was constructed through factor analysis and principal component analysis,and the main factors affecting the evaluation of satisfaction with the living environment in this study were identified;secondly,based on the evaluation results of residents’ satisfaction with the living environment of Zhu De’s hometown,the shortcomings of the current construction of the living environment of the scenic area were summarized and concluded,and the future Finally,on the basis of constructing the theoretical model of influencing factors of Zhu De’s hometown scenic area residential environment satisfaction evaluation,reasonable hypotheses are made,and the influence of each variable on the rural residential environment satisfaction evaluation is analyzed through correlation test and regression analysis to clarify the relationship,degree and path of influencing factors on the residential environment satisfaction evaluation.The conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)There is an interactive mechanism between rural revitalization strategy,rural tourism and rural habitat construction.Among them,the rural revitalization strategy provides a development background and opportunity for rural tourism and rural habitat environment,and improving rural habitat environment and developing rural tourism have become important ways to promote the implementation of China’s rural revitalization plan.In addition,the development of rural tourism can not only realize the goal of rural revitalization strategy by driving the positive interaction of rural economy,society and ecology but also improve the quality of rural living environment employing tourism landscape and tourism image shaping.Therefore,by improving the rural living environment,it can consolidate the soil for rural tourism development,improve the livability of the countryside,enhance the attractiveness and cohesion of the countryside,and reserve talents and resources for rural development and revitalization.(2)Field surveys and questionnaires were conducted with Zhu De hometown scenic spot as a case study.On the basis of verifying the reliability and validity of the data,factor analysis was conducted.The principal component method was used to extract the public factors and to divide the dimensions.The evaluation structure model of satisfaction with the living environment and satisfaction with rural tourism development in the scenic spot of Zhu De’s hometown was constructed.Among them,the evaluation model of satisfaction with the living environment in the scenic area of Zhu De’s hometown is divided into 5 dimensions and 29 elements,and the evaluation model of satisfaction with rural tourism development involves 2 dimensions and 9elements.Taken together,7 variables that affect the evaluation of rural tourism destination habitat environment satisfaction are generated,which are residential environment,facility environment,basic services,community environment,ecological environment,scenic environment,and scenic service and management.(3)From the analysis of the results of the evaluation of the satisfaction of the residential environment of the former residents of Zhu De scenic area residents,the residents of the former residence of Zhu De scenic area residential environment satisfaction evaluation there are obvious group differences,reflected in the net income of the family,the household resident population and family tourism practitioners in three areas.Habitat governance follow-up work needs to pay more attention to the needs and perceptions of low-income groups,elderly people left behind and nontourism employees on the habitat environment.In general,residents rate the ecological environment,community environment and facility environment highly,and are least satisfied with basic services,indicating that the construction of basic services such as education,medical care,culture and entertainment in this village is the weak link in the process of improving the village’s habitat environment.(4)Satisfaction with the village habitat environment in rural tourism destinations can be influenced and constrained by a variety of factors.Both the perception of the habitat environment and the development of rural tourism will affect the evaluation of residents’ satisfaction with the habitat environment to varying degrees.Among them,scenic environment,scenic service management,and village ecological environment have the greatest influence on the evaluation of satisfaction with the habitat environment.In addition,residents’ satisfaction with the scenic environment significantly affects the satisfaction evaluation of the residential environment,community environment and ecological environment,and residents’ satisfaction with scenic service and management significantly affects the satisfaction evaluation of the facility environment and basic services.The results of the mediation effect test indicate that in the process of residential environment,basic services and community environment affecting satisfaction with the residential environment of rural tourism destinations,residents’ satisfaction evaluation of the scenic environment and scenic services and management will have a positive mediation effect.
