| Since 1999,China has officially entered an aging society with an alarming growth rate.By the end of 2017,nearly a quarter of the world’s elderly population had been accounted for by China.Among them,rural population aging phenomenon is even more serious,in the sixth national census,rural than urban 3.29 percent.However,at present,China has not yet formulated strategic planning,built a long-term mechanism and formed a good system.At the same time,at this stage,China is in a critical period of poverty alleviation.The elderly in rural areas in their old age need not only material security,but also spiritual care and communication.To build a well-off society in rural areas,how to make poor elderly care for the elderly and enjoy their old age happily and with dignity,how to improve the quality of life of rural middle-aged and elderly residents and make them have higher satisfaction with their own quality of life,is the road to poverty alleviation A problem that must be solved.Based on the above research background,this article uses the literature data method,statistical description,comparative analysis method and empirical research method,combined with the 2015 China Health and Pension Tracking Survey(CHARLS)data,and is satisfied with the life of middle-aged and elderly residents aged 45 and above in rural areas.Research on the influencing factors of degree.First,clarify the research background and significance,research purpose and methods of this article,and sort out and summarize the current research status at home and abroad;second,analyze the living conditions of middle-aged and elderly rural residents,and based on this,from personal characteristics and economic conditions,Family relationship,physical and mental health,medical security,and regional distribution.The empirical analysis of the factors affecting the life satisfaction of rural middle-aged and elderly rural residents;finally,the corresponding policies and recommendations are put forward.According to the data analysis,gender and age in personal characteristics have significant influence on the life satisfaction of middle-aged and elderly rural residents.Consumption level,per capita household income,assets and liabilities have a significant impact on the life satisfaction of middle-aged and elderly rural residents.Good relationship between spouse and children in family has positive influence on life satisfaction of middle-aged and elderly rural residents.Sleep duration,chronic diseases,disability,emotional status and social status have significant effects on the life satisfaction of middle-aged and elderly rural residents.Medical service satisfaction and medical insurance have significant influence on life satisfaction of middle-aged and elderly rural residents.Elderly rural residents in western China have higher life satisfaction.Finally,in conjunction with the empirical conclusions,this article puts forward relevant suggestions from the government,social,family and individual levels,including:adhere to the maintenance and realization of fairness and justice,improve social security systems such as medical care;give play to the support of people from all walks of life 1.Pay attention to the physical and mental health of middle-aged and elderly people;improve the quality of family life,strengthen the emotional communication between family members and middle-aged and elderly people;maintain a positive and optimistic attitude and develop good living habits,with a view to further improving the life satisfaction of middle-aged and elderly rural residents in China. |
