Research On Optimizing The Implementation Of Local Government Innovation And Entrepreneurship Policie

In recent years,innovation and entrepreneurship have become a new driving force for economic growth.The newly established small,medium and micro enterprises have played a significant role in promoting the economic and industrial development and the application of new technologies,while the implementation of innovation and entrepreneurship policies,as an important part of promoting entrepreneurship and the economic development of local governments,has also gained a broader space for development under this new situation.This paper takes the implementation path and effect of innovation and entrepreneurship policy in Linzi District,Zibo city as an example to sort out and summarize relevant theories of innovation and entrepreneurship policy.This paper expounds the current state supports the guiding ideology and basic principles of innovative undertaking and multi-angle analysis and define the concept and connotation of innovative entrepreneurship policy has been clear about the innovation type and the function of many sided,entrepreneurship policy analysis to the local government of the implementation of the path,illuminates the masses entrepreneurship,peoples innovation era background and the present situation of the local government to carry out the innovative entrepreneurial policy.Based on the implementation of relevant innovation and entrepreneurship policies in Linzi District,Zibo City,this paper comprehensively summarizes the support of each policy for innovation and entrepreneurship,the overall situation of current innovation and entrepreneurship work and the effect of innovation and entrepreneurship policies.From the regional perspective of local government,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the implementation process of innovation and entrepreneurship policies in Linzi District,and puts forward relevant questions in the aspects of informatization degree,policy implementation coverage,innovation and entrepreneurship policy system,specific policy implementation,social atmosphere of innovation and entrepreneurship and policy awareness.Combined with the actual situation of Linzi District,the paper puts forward targeted suggestions for optimal development: accelerate the implementation of information construction of innovation and entrepreneurship policies,expand the coverage of "private customized" government services,improve the support system of innovation and entrepreneurship policy services,and form a good social atmosphere for innovation and entrepreneurship.
