Research On The Service Ability Of Social Security Agencies In Taiyuan,Shanxi

The party’s 20 th annual report of 2022 further puts forward the future development goals of a "service-oriented government".Since the third plenary session of the party’s 18 clearly proposed "speed up the sound social security management system and orgnaization of service system",our country will "government service" as the focus of modern government construction,after years of development,the construction of grassroots government service system in China has achieved remarkable results,improving public service concept and service ability.However,with the development of society and the change of public demand and the decline of business efficiency caused by the "epidemic" closure,it still pose greater challenges to the service capacity of social security agencies.This paper combines the theory of public satisfaction,the new public service theory as a theory basis,in Shanxi Taiyuan area of social security agency as a study case,for the present situation of social security agency service ability investigation,found that the performance of the low service ability and causes,finally put forward targeted optimization countermeasures.The paper found that the low service capacity of social security agencies in Taiyuan,Shanxi Province is mainly manifested: insufficient service construction of organizational structure,narrow service scope,service channels and interaction,and lack of effective supervision.Through analysis,the influence factors of social security agencies in Taiyuan,Shanxi Province mainly include service concept,service construction,service staff and service informatization.Finally,this paper combines Shanxi Taiyuan area social security agency service ability of low performance and influence factors,from the optimization of service concept,build service system,strengthen service belief,service expand the scope of business service,improve service communication,strengthen service ability and service skills and perfect service information construction,build multi-dimensional service supervision mechanism four perspectives of social security agency service ability.
