Research On Innovation Of Service Administration Mode In Shanghai Colleges And Universities

Service administration in colleges and universities is an important basis and key guarantee for the operation of core functions of colleges and universities,such as education,teaching,scientific research and social service.The digital revolution is revolutionizing the social development.As an important node of the society,colleges and universities should take advantage of the trend to actively embrace digital technology to stimulate innovation vitality,take advantage of the digital construction of college service administration mode innovation,so as to promote the efficiency improvement of college service management,process standards and decision-making science,and then support the establishment of modern university system and university governance efficiency.In this study,digital governance theory as the main theory and technology innovation theory as the supplement constitute the theoretical basis,national education digitization and "Internet + government service" related documents as the policy basis,at the same time,choose L universities in Shanghai as the research object,through questionnaire survey and interview methods,etc.This paper makes an in-depth study on the theory and practice of the service administration mode innovation of Shanghai L colleges and universities.On the basis of clarifying the operating status of the service administration mode innovation " All in One Network " in Shanghai colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the causes of difficulties arising from the application of " All in One Network " mode in the service administration innovation of colleges and universities,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Starting from the typical problems of the application of " All in One Network " to promote the innovation of service administration mode in colleges and universities in Shanghai,this study found that the main problems of " All in One Network " in the innovation of service administration mode in colleges and universities in Shanghai are as follows: first,the division of responsibilities of platform management is unclear,and the innovation of service process is insufficient;Second,teachers and students are limited to handle matters,service application experience is not high;Third,the public data governance of the platform is weak and the deep application of the process is insufficient.Fourth,the supporting university governance ability is not strong,lack of accurate process services.The main reasons for the innovation of the " All in One Network " mode of service administration in colleges and universities are as follows: the lack of cross-border overall cooperation norms of second-level institutions in colleges and universities;The digital construction of integrated services for teachers and students has been pushed forward slowly;Poor quality integration of platform public data governance;The digital level of intelligent governance in colleges and universities is low.In order to crack the causes of the main problems in the innovation and application of the mode of " All in One Network " in the service administration of colleges and universities,this study puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the innovation and application of the mode of " All in One Network " in the service administration of colleges and universities in Shanghai.The main conclusions are as follows: first,improve the overall cooperation standards of the online service of colleges and universities,improve the coordination mechanism of the platform system;Second,promote the digital construction efficiency of the online service platform of colleges and universities,strengthen the management responsibility of the platform to serve teachers and students;Third,deepen the quality of public data governance in colleges and universities,pay attention to the value of teachers and students’ information security data;Fourth,grasp the intelligent technology enabling process service,and promote the intelligent and scientific governance ability of colleges and universities.
