A Study On The Practice Of Revitalizing Rural Industries In Longlin Multiethnic Autonomous County,Baise City,Guangxi

The problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers are fundamental issues related to the national economy and people’s livelihood.The rural revitalization strategy proposed in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the CPC is the golden key to deciphers the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers,and points the way for the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.Industrial revitalization is the material basis of rural revitalization strategy and the fundamental driving force to promote the organic and coordinated development of rural areas.The modernization of ethnic minority areas is an important part of the overall strategy of building a modern socialist country.To promote the revitalization of industries in ethnic minority areas is to effectively link poverty alleviation in ethnic minority areas with rural revitalization,thus achieving high-quality development in ethnic minority areas and comprehensively building a modern socialist country.Based on the practical investigation and case analysis of industrial revitalization in Longlin Autonomous County of Baise,Guangxi,the paper finds that the rural industrial revitalization is being effectively promoted in Longlin Autonomous County by strengthening the leadership of the Party and government,integrating designated assistance and cooperation between east and west,and vigorously developing characteristic agriculture.However,due to the lack of long-term investment in industrial development,industrial integration path is not rich,brand awareness is weak,interest linkage mechanism is loose,talent cultivation and talent introduction effect is not good,etc.The revitalization of rural industry in Longlin Autonomous County of all ethnic groups is faced with such realistic dilemmas as weak development foundation of traditional characteristic industries,low degree of integration of three industries,lack of brand influence,poor driving effect of new business subjects and uneven overall quality of practitioners.After investigation and analysis,the following countermeasures and suggestions are put forward: first,the leading role of the government should be strengthened to build a solid foundation for industrial development;Second,we should explore the multifunctionality of agriculture and expand the path of industrial integration.Third,we should cultivate characteristic industrial brands and enhance the competitiveness of industrial development.Fourth,we should improve the joint mechanism of main interests and enhance the driving ability of new business entities.Fifth,we should strengthen the construction of industrial talents and crack the bottleneck of human resources.
