Research On Intelligent Management Of Y Prison In Chongqing

Prison is a penalty organ established by the state according to law.Its main responsibilities include punishing criminals,reforming criminals,maintaining social order,and ensuring national security.In recent years,the prison system has unswervingly taken the road of running the country according to law and modernizing management.Millions of prison police have worked hard and courageously,taking improving the quality of prison work as their responsibility and reforming criminals as the goal,and played an important role in ensuring the safety of supervision,correcting criminals,reducing the rate of recidivism,and safeguarding judicial fairness and justice.However,many practical problems such as lack of wisdom have been exposed in the management process of prisons,In2018,the Ministry of Justice made a decision to deploy in the national prison system to promote the construction of smart prisons.All prisons carried out the construction of smart prisons in full swing,and the corresponding smart management of prisons was put on the agenda simultaneously.It is a realistic choice for the intelligent management of prisons to correctly use the Internet of Things,artificial intelligence,big data,cloud computing and other information technology means,pay attention to the coordination of advanced facilities,equipment and application systems,change the management mode of prisons,change the traditional management concept,and achieve the work objectives of refined management of criminals,intelligent security prevention,visual education and transformation,online temporary holiday reduction,etc,It is also the only way to achieve long-term stability in the reform of criminals.Taking Chongqing Y Prison as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation of its intelligent management,points out the shortcomings of the current intelligent management of Y Prison through literature analysis,questionnaire survey and other research methods,summarizes the deep-seated causes of the problems,and then puts forward relevant suggestions to further promote Y Prison to continuously improve its intelligent management level in the new period of socialist modernization,We will better safeguard social harmony and stability.
