Research On The Legal Counsel System Of Grassroots Government

The system of government legal advisers plays a crucial role in the process of rule of law,and has become an important force that hinders the operation of administrative powers and promotes government administration according to law.At present,China is at a critical juncture in building itself into a modern socialist power,and the construction of a government governed by law is in full swing,which forces the further optimization and improvement of the government legal advisory system;After long-term practice and rational reflection,the legal advisory system of governments at all levels has achieved positive results in making major administrative decisions and promoting administration according to law.However,China’s vast territory and the unique local flavor and "acquaintance society" characteristics of some grassroots areas have gradually revealed a decadent state of difficulty in adapting to the social development of the new era during the operation of the grassroots government legal counsel system.The implementation of this system is not ideal.After searching relevant literature and official documents issued by the government,the author found that the development of the legal advisor system for grassroots governments is uneven,and there is a risk of vacancy in some regions.There are also non-standard systems such as selection,management,and security.After investigating the causes,the author found that they are caused by negative political and cultural influences,lack of legal resources,and insufficient modernization of governance.This article starts from the legal advisor system of grassroots governments,first based on the theory of the legal advisor system of grassroots governments,and then combs the implementation of the legal advisor system of grassroots governments in counties and townships to find out the existing problems and reasons;Finally,the author puts forward opinions on promoting the balanced development of the legal advisor system for grassroots governments,and puts forward several targeted suggestions for optimizing the legal advisor system for grassroots governments,including measures to clarify the selection system and improve the management and security system.
