The New Era Of Non-public Enterprise Party Politics Leading Role Research

In the new journey of building a socialist modernized country,the non-public economy is developing rapidly,and the Party Central Committee attaches great importance to the work of party organizations in non-public enterprises.Whether the party organizations in non-public enterprises can effectively play a leading role in politics is of great practical significance for consolidating the party’s class foundation and the long-term healthy development of non-public enterprises themselves.Since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the leading role of the party organizations in non-public enterprises has been given full play,and the work of the party organizations in non-public enterprises has achieved remarkable results under clear requirements.At present,there is still a big gap between the development of non-public enterprises and the reality of the political leading role played by the party organizations in non-public enterprises.How to give full play to the political leading role is a problem that needs deep consideration at present.Focusing on the leading role of politics,this paper makes an in-depth discussion on theoretical research and practical experience.This paper mainly takes some non-public enterprises in Hefei,Anhui Province as the research object,and finds that there are the following problems in the political leading role of party organizations in some non-public enterprises in Hefei;the awareness of political leading is not strong,and the enthusiasm needs to be fully mobilized;Party affairs team level is difficult to adapt to the current work needs;The actual effect of political leadership is not obvious.The restrictive factors that affect the above problems mainly include the following three aspects:the ideological understanding of the government,enterprises and employees needs to be improved;Conditions including expenses,party members and coordination need to be strengthened.The work of party organizations needs to be strengthened in terms of political leadership,safeguarding workers’ rights and interests and promoting enterprise development.On the basis of comprehensive analysis of problems and constraints,put forward countermeasures and suggestions to play a leading role in politics.Subjectively,through publicity and education guidance,strengthen the responsibility of relevant subjects and gather development consensus;Objectively,on the one hand,we can improve the team level through the construction of party organization work instructors,party workers,and party members.On the other hand,through exploring and promoting communication and coordination mechanism,regional joint construction mechanism and multi-input mechanism of funds,the overall work level can be improved.
