In recent years,due to the transformation of government functions from management to service,the complexity and correlation between the objects of government services and the affairs themselves have increased sharply,resulting in the phenomenon of "overwork" and "burnout" frequently appearing among grassroots public employees,and their job satisfaction has attracted much attention.As the central urban area of the provincial capital,the N district of the author’s city has heavy tasks for public employees in economic development and social services,especially the grassroots street workers,due to complicated affairs,resulting in more pressure on grassroots work,and "5+2" and "white and black" have become the norm.Among the grassroots street workers,two-thirds of the career management positions undertake the vast majority of specific work,they directly serve the masses,but the salary is relatively low,the promotion channels are narrow,under the influence of high pressure and low return,how is their job satisfaction? This question deserves to be explored in depth.Based on this,this paper focuses on the N area of G city and investigates the job satisfaction of the management staff of the street business editor in the district,so as to explore the causes and solutions.This study focuses on job satisfaction,based on reference to relevant theories and a large number of literature,using the two-factor theory as an analytical tool,combined with the characteristics and actual situation of street business management staff,designing questionnaires and data collection,and using SPSS26.0 to empirically analyze 280 valid data samples.At present,it is found that the job satisfaction of the management staff of the street business editor in the district is not high,and the following influencing factors may exist: The first is to ignore the realization of individual self-value,lack of sound wage and welfare system and salary incentive mechanism;Second,the work management system lacks scientific design,and the working environment needs to be improved.According to the existing problems,this paper puts forward the strategies of improving self-worth(attaching importance to spiritual motivation,strengthening the concept of public service,improving the training mechanism,man-post matching mechanism)and improving job return satisfaction(improving the salary growth system,optimizing the salary structure,welfare security,and establishing the job rotation system)at the incentive factor level.Improve the system management at the level of health factors(broaden promotion space,optimize performance appraisal,strengthen management personnel,smooth feedback channels),and optimize the working environment(smooth interpersonal communication channels,guarantee the working environment,enhance mutual trust among colleagues)strategies.
