In recent years,human resource management become more and more popular in organization and job analysis as its basic activities paid more attention to by public institution.At present,work analysis has not been highly recognized and many administrators believe it as burden,which,on one hand,the application of work analysis face many obstacles,on the other hand,the people is lack of understanding of work analysis.Actually work analysis could be widely applied on HRP,personal selection,salary management,performance management and training by both public institution and enterprise.Xiangshang Park is a typical public institution,was perplexed with some problems in human resource management system as a result of inefficient old-fashioned system and concept.After the open recruitment,the park becoming recognizes the problem in human resource management and the important of scientific management system and job analysis.I’m very luck attending this research.Through the interview study and using the methods of variance and correlation analysis in SPSS19.0statistical software analysis the questionnaire result.Summarize the influencing factors of job analysis and through the actual situation of Xiangshan Park.Diagnosed theXiangshan Park’s problems and give them some suggestions.Finally,the analysis of the data basic on the content and provides a specific implementation program.
