As the executor of the functions of government agencies in China,civil servants will play an important role in the process of changing government functions and will be an important force in the transformation of government functions.Therefore,the satisfaction of civil servants is directly related to the image of the Chinese government and directly affects the performance of the government's executive work.This paper takes Heyuan City civil servant job satisfaction as the research content,and through reading relevant research literature at home and abroad,summarizes the results of civil servant job satisfaction research at this stage,and conducts in-depth research on the job satisfaction of Heyuan City civil servants through questionnaire survey.analysis.First of all,through factor analysis,this paper finds that the factors that affect the job satisfaction of civil servants in Heyuan include seven major factors such as welfare benefits,career development,leadership care,co-worker relations,job positions,organizational honor,and work ability.Secondly,the job satisfaction of Heyuan's civil servants and the seven factors all show a very significant relationship.In order to improve the job satisfaction of civil servants in Heyuan,first of all,it is necessary to further optimize the salaries and benefits.By gradually increasing the salaries and benefits,the income level of civil servants in Heyuan will be increased,thereby reducing the economic pressure on civil servants in Heyuan.At the same time,in order to meet the professional development needs of civil servants in Heyuan,it is necessary to gradually improve the career development channels of civil servants in Heyuan to provide a more fair and just development platform for young civil servants.The improvement of civil servants' working ability will help to improve job satisfaction.Therefore,in daily work,vocational skills training for civil servants should be increased to improve their professional skills.Finally,it is necessary to create a good organizational atmosphere and the relationship between superiors and subordinates.It is also a key element to improve the job satisfaction of civil servants in Heyuan.Thirdly,in order to improve the job satisfaction of civil servants in Heyuan City,this article proposes the following measures:optimizing the salary incentive system of civil servants in Heyuan City,strengthening the management of civil servants' career planning,creating a good working atmosphere,and strengthening civil servant training.Based on the research to solve practical problems,this paper takes the job satisfaction of Heyuan City as the research object.Through this research,it can help improve the job satisfaction of Heyuan City civil servants and promote the transformation of Heyuan municipal government from management function to service function.At the same time,the research of this paper also provides an important reference for improving the job satisfaction of civil servants in other regions of China.
