Research On Business Environment Satisfaction And Its Influencing Factors In Wuhu City

In recent years,with the continuous promotion of the national "release,management and service" reform,the construction of business environment has been continuously improved.Therefore,It plays a very important role hub linking the relationship between the government and enterprises.As the responsible subject of business environment optimization,the government is the supplier of government service policies to meet the needs of enterprises.How to balance and optimize the relationship between business environment and government service plays a very important role.In recent years,the business environment has been greatly improved with the in-depth promotion of the reform of "decentralization,regulation and service".However,there are still a series of problems in some regions,such as not doing practical work,being passive and lazy,and being lazy in government.Therefore,this paper takes Wuhu City,Anhui Province as the subject of research to explore the factors affecting the satisfaction of business environment.According to the related research at home and abroad,analyzed five aspects of e-government service business environment satisfaction influencing factors,respectively,the rule of law environment,institutional trading costs,tax system for government affairs,business relations and public policy process service enterprise satisfaction analysis,the influence of the enterprise for the government to provide the government affairs service business environment satisfaction as dependent variable,In recycling questionnaire,on the basis of the investigation results of the questionnaire design,tidy and further analysis through the test.Through reliability and validity test,single factor analysis and structural equation model,It turns out that the rule of law environment,business relations,tax system and the process of public policy and government affairs environment there is significant positive correlation between,There is no significant correlation between institutional transaction cost and government service environment.According to the above research results,combined with the deficiencies in the process of wuhu government service development,targeted countermeasures and suggestions are put forward: first,improve the policy supply level,release the policy development vitality;Second,reduce government-imposed transaction costs and improve government efficiency.Third,improve the perceived quality of service;Enhancing the effectiveness of government services;Fourth,improve the level of infrastructure,enhance the carrying capacity of the city;Fifth,improve the legal environment and provide fair competition opportunities.
