Currently,the governance of mobile vendors has become an unavoidable topic in the development of every city.City managers are thinking about how to better conduct this aspect of governance.On the issue of the governance of mobile vendors,city managers need to coordinate the needs of all parties and find support solutions that both meet the needs of the public and address the livelihood of vendors.The emergence of various distinctive and effective governance strategies in various cities fully demonstrates that effective governance of mobile street vendors can promote social harmony and do good to enhance communication among all sectors of society.This article summarizes the connotation of mobile vendors and urban management,and summarizes the new public service theory and good governance theory,laying a theoretical foundation for subsequent research.Using questionnaire and interview methods to understand the basic personal information,business status,and stall governance of mobile street vendors in Nanming District as the research object;Conduct a questionnaire survey on the public to understand their basic views on mobile vendors;Conduct a questionnaire survey on grassroots law enforcement personnel to understand their views on current law enforcement efforts.Focusing on the difficulties encountered in the current governance process of mobile vendors in Nanming District,this paper explores the difficulties encountered in the governance process of mobile vendors through questionnaires,case studies,interviews,and other methods.The study found that in the governance of mobile vendors,there are problems such as insufficient governance capacity of governance subjects,complex governance objects,single and imperfect governance methods,and repeated governance effects.In response to the above issues,this article deeply analyzes the reasons for the governance dilemma based on the theory of good governance and the new public service theory.The results show that multiple factors such as the survival difficulties of mobile vendors,insufficient awareness of law enforcement personnel,and updated needs of the public have led to deviations in the governance of mobile vendors.On this basis,this article intends to propose more targeted and regional countermeasures and suggestions based on the specific situation of the exit the street and enter the room in "Qingyun Market" Nanming District,with a view to becoming a reliable reference for the management of mobile vendors in other cities in China. |
