Research On The Interaction Of Multiple Subjects In The Transformation Of Urban Villages

Urbanization is the only way to modernization.With the rapid development of urbanization,China’s economic and social development has stepped into a process of continuous acceleration.Some new changes are affecting and changing our original way of life.The traditional single way of government management is facing new challenges.The village in the city is a special product of the rapid transformation of social economy.In the early days of urban development,the village in the city provided the necessary support for the development of the city,which has its historical inevitability.However,the current economic and social development forms faced by China have undergone earth shaking changes,which also put forward new requirements for urban development.The village in the city has become a difficult and painful problem in the process of promoting urbanization,It is urgent to solve the problem of village in city.One of the biggest characteristics of urban village reconstruction is the diversity of stakeholders.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to focus on the research of multi subject interaction in urban village reconstruction.The interaction of multiple subjects emphasizes the diversity of participants and the coordination among them in the affairs management.By establishing a benign interaction mechanism between multiple subjects,we can promote the realization of the common goal and achieve a win-win situation.The interaction of multiple subjects has a certain coupling to solve the conflict in the transformation of urban villages,unify the value goal and realize the integration of resources.In view of this,this paper takes the interaction of multiple subjects in the transformation of urban villages as the research object,combined with the theory of collaborative governance,social conflict theory and stakeholder theory,uses the method of case study to analyze the interaction of multiple subjects in the transformation of urban villages.Combined with the relevant theoretical basis,this paper expounds the interaction of multiple subjects in the transformation of urban villages around the interaction subject,interaction engine,interaction behavior and interaction feedback,further clarifies the role orientation of multiple subjects in the transformation of urban villages,and expounds the "endogenous" motivation and "exogenous" mechanism supporting the formation of interaction,Based on the analysis of the specific interactive behavior of multiple subjects in the transformation of urban villages,the feedback mechanism of multiple interaction in the transformation of urban villages is constructed to realize the continuous optimization of interactive behavior.In the part of empirical analysis,taking the multi subject interaction in the transformation of s village in Wenzhou City as the research object,this paper summarizes the basic characteristics of s village before the transformation and the current transformation progress,and analyzes the multi subjects in the transformation of s village in Wenzhou City.On this basis,through the overview of the interaction behavior between different subjects in the transformation of s village in Wenzhou City,Explain the status quo of multi subject interaction in the transformation of urban village.Secondly,through the case study,it is concluded that social aphasia under the interest binding between government and enterprises,interest conflict between social enterprises under the absence of government and weakening of interaction between government and society are the main problems of multi subject interaction in urban village reconstruction.The main reasons are the absence of government role,the lack of market interaction motivation and the lack of interaction space of social subjects.Finally,from the government,market and society,the optimization path is put forward.Specifically,it includes: to realize the return of the role of local government,to break through the current dilemma of citizens,to resolve the interests of binding,to activate the interactive engine;Stimulate the vitality of market players,reconstruct the relationship between social enterprises and realize the role embedding in many fields;We should broaden the interaction space of social subjects,break the information barrier,realize the awakening of citizen consciousness,and expand the space of villagers’ autonomy.
