Research On The Promotion Path Of Harmonious Labor Relations In My Country From The Perspective Of Marxist People’s Comprehensive Development Theory

Labor is a unique form of human activity,an important cornerstone of the formation and continuation of human civilization,and plays a decisive role in humans.At present,the development of labor relations in China is becoming increasingly diversified,market-oriented,and legalized,but it inevitably presents new characteristics,forms,and problems with the changing times.Promoting the construction of harmonious labor relations in China is a vivid portrayal of the practice of people-oriented thinking,directly related to the interests of enterprises and workers.It is an important measure to promote good social and economic development and steadily improve the social harmony index,and also an important prerequisite to meet the growing needs of people for a better life.Studying harmonious labor relations in China from the perspective of Marxist theory of comprehensive human development has a certain theoretical foundation and practical connection.Interpreting Marx’s theory of comprehensive human development in the context of harmonious labor relations in China is a theoretical reflection.Marx’s theory of comprehensive human development is a systematic theoretical achievement about human development.From a historical perspective,it deeply analyzes the social system and labor relations at that time,answers ancient philosophical questions such as what future people should be,and depicts the ideal framework and beautiful state of comprehensive human development from the perspective of human nature.Based on the continuous development of China’s social economy and the rapidly changing science and technology,this study aims to explore Marx’s exposition of the theory of comprehensive human development,deepen understanding of the modern connotation and new requirements of harmonious labor relations in the new era.The labor relationship under the perspective of Marx’s theory of comprehensive human development is a labor relationship where human dignity should be fully respected,human abilities should be maximized,human needs should be diversified and met,human personality should be fully demonstrated,and human social relationships should be more coordinated.Studying contemporary harmonious labor relations in China from the perspective of Marx’s theory of comprehensive human development is a practical question.The development of labor relations in China has a distinct social imprint and has gone through different stages of development.Based on the basic connotation of Marx’s theory of comprehensive human development,it is found that there are some problems in current labor relations in China:decent work is not fully respected,labor dispute coordination mechanisms are not perfect,workers have insufficient leisure time,and workers’ rights and obligations are not unified.The reasons for this are insufficient development of social productivity,oversupply in the labor market,inadequate laws and regulations to maintain harmonious labor relations,and the inability of employers,workers,and trade unions to keep up with the development of the times.The ultimate goal of this article is to further propose ways to promote harmonious labor relations in China.From the perspective of Marx’s theory of comprehensive human development,the path to promoting harmonious labor relations in China is studied: firstly,establish a people-oriented concept and promote the due respect for human dignity.Secondly,to play the role of the main body in coordinating labor relations and promote the maximum utilization of human abilities.Thirdly,strengthen the overall construction of society and promote the diverse satisfaction of human needs.Fourthly,ensure the leisure time of workers and promote the full display of human personality.Fifth,highlight the construction of legal and moral norms,and promote the coordinated development of human social relations.
