Study On The Construction Of Traditional Industry Cluster Characteristic Town

Since the concept of characteristic town was first proposed in Zhejiang Province in2014,the successful practice of characteristic town as a new carrier of industrial cultivation in Zhejiang Province has aroused great concern of national ministries and commissions,and a series of documents have been issued to support the development of characteristic town.Therefore,the construction of characteristic town has become an overwhelming trend.The construction of characteristic towns relies on a strong industrial foundation,and now,many traditional industries are put in a tight spot due to large resource consumption,low efficiency and low added value,restricting the sustainable development of economy.It is urgent to transform and upgrade them for further development.Therefore,a new path which takes the construction of characteristic town as the carrier,and explores transformation and upgrading of traditional industrial emerges as the times require.Compared with the original model of traditional industrial transformation and upgrading,the construction of characteristic towns not only focuses on the one-way development of simple traditional industries,but also forms a strong magnetic field based on the platform construction,which forms a number of joint forces by gathering more development factors such as funds,platforms,talents and urban function.The construction of characteristic towns relies on industries,and the industrial transformation takes towns as carriers,combining to build a new development highland of industrial upgrading,industry city integration and innovation cooperation.This paper takes the traditional industrial characteristic town-Lanyin Fashion Town as the research object,from the growth pole theory,the development of characteristic town needs characteristic industries,and guided by the theory of garden city to analyzes the urban function construction of characteristic town.Through questionnaire surveys,field visits,interviews,etc.,and combines with the actual situation of the town to conduct a comprehensive investigation and analysis of the current construction situation of the town.Based on the investigation and research,firstly,summarize the current situation,understand the overall situation of the town;secondly,compare the relevant standards and the collected data,the problems in the town are discussed,and targeted solutions are given to provide references for the next phase of the Lanyin Fashion Town.In general,under the high standard and high starting point planning,Lanyin Fashion Town adapts to local conditions,takes the industry as the guidance,shows remarkable industrial agglomeration effect and ecological management,also has a preliminary scale of industry city integration,hence its construction has a certain demonstration.However,there are some main problems of the town,such as infrastructure is not perfect,lagging construction of 3A level scenic spots,relatively single development mode,insufficient industrial development potential and relatively lack of high-end elements.According to the existing problems and reasons,this paper analyzes the excellent cases of similar towns at home and abroad,learns from their successful experience.In comparison with industrial development,urban functions,high-end elements,etc.,specific measures are proposed to accelerate the development of industry-city integration and the creation of 3A-level scenic spots,support the coexistence of multiple development models,strengthen the industrial chain and supplement the chain,and attract talents with the best business environment on the basis of the existing construction of Lanyin Fashion Town,so as to comprehensively improve the energy level of the town and achieve a higher quality of Lanyin Fashion Town version 2.0.
