Study On The Existing Problems And Countermeasures In The Construction Of Characteristic Tourism Towns

In 2016,the ministry of housing and urban-rural development and the national development and reform commission issued documents successively,which provided guidance on the definition,cultivation methods and creation goals of characteristic towns,and proposed to cultivate 1,000 characteristic towns by 2020.Currently in the process of town to create local features,according to the different characteristic industry,has formed the modern agriculture,leisure tourism,information technology and the historical and cultural characteristics of various types of small town,the characteristics of tourist town of tourism market is big,low threshold,the advantages of the quick effect,employment capacity is strong,stand out in the many features of the town,around the capital and the favour of the government.This paper takes aixiang · taihang water town(hereinafter referred to as taihang water town)in yi county,hebei province as the entry point of characteristic tourism town,discusses on the problems existing in the construction of town,to analyze root cause behind,at the same time corresponding countermeasures are given according to the problem,in order to better development of the taihang water town render contribution,at the same time for other areas in China with experience reference for the type of characteristic tourist town development.This paper uses the case analysis method,interview method and observation method to sort out the government positioning and enterprise development vision of Taihang Water Town Construction.Based on a large amount of rich experience data,the current construction situation of Taihang Water Town and its vision of government positioning and enterprise development The existing gaps are analyzed in depth,pointing out that these gaps and problems are mainly manifested in five aspects: the effective participation of multi-subjects has not been realized,the town's characteristic culture is not clear enough,the industrial development is relatively simple,the public service facilities are imperfect,and the talent retention ability is poor.The article further summarizes the reasons for the above problems,including the unclear distribution of rights and responsibilities for multi-subject cooperation,the lack of local cultural excavation,the lack of government industrial planning,the insufficient investment inpublic service facilities,and the lack of long-term mechanisms to attract talents.Based on this,this paper proposes that the construction of taihang water town must rely on the promotion of the government to realize the multi-linkage between the government,enterprises and residents,and finally form a construction pattern of government guidance,enterprise main body,and participation of the whole people.In this process,the government should also make efforts to increase investment in infrastructure,improve public services,help local brands,and strengthen talent protection.Of course,enterprises and residents should,with the guidance and assistance of the government,play their respective roles and actively participate in the construction of Taihang Water Town.Through the concerted efforts of multiple subjects,Taihang Water Town will achieve faster and better development,provide successful local experience for the development of the same type of special tourist towns,and facilitate the implementation of the country's new urbanization and rural revitalization strategy.
