In recent years,as an important channel for the government to connect with the masses,public service hotline has been rapidly developed and promoted in many cities at home and abroad.It has played a better role in improving the administrative efficiency and public service level of the government and promoting the construction of service-oriented government.However,as a new thing,public service hotline in the process of construction and operation also encounters many problems that restrict its development,such as imperfect system and mechanism,weak ability of policy implementation,and the need to improve the level of social supervision,all of which need to take effective measures to solve.Taking Lianyungang government hotline platform as an example,this paper focuses on the existing problems and their causes in the construction and operation of Lianyungang government hotline platform by using the relevant theories of e-government,public goods and new public services,and puts forward some suggestions for further optimizing the construction of Lianyungang government hotline platform based on relevant theories.In view of the problems existing in the construction of Lianyungang government hotline platform in terms of its own service capacity,department response to demands,and giving full play to the role of assistant government,this paper analyses the reasons for the failure of internal management mechanism,inadequate integration of resources,weak means of evaluation and supervision,and inadequate system support capacity,and proposes to improve Lianyungang government hotline platform.The countermeasures are as follows: Optimize the internal management mechanism,mainly including improving the closed-loop business process,implementing platform standardization construction and strengthening personnel team building.Integrate departmental service resources,mainly including deepening the integration of hotline resources,strengthening communication and cooperation among departments,and establishing a unified knowledge base system.Improve the supervision and evaluation mechanism,mainly the supervision and supervision mechanism,performance evaluation mechanism.Strengthen the support of information system,we mainly improve the platform business support system,the function of Internet channel and the technical means of data analysis.
