Research On The Optimization Of Government Functions In The Development Of Jining Modern Logistics Park

As an important part of national economy,modern logistics industry,through the platform of logistics park,is of great significance to enrich local industrial clusters,optimize industrial structure and promote high-quality and sustainable development of local economy,as well as to promote the development of regional economy.As a new form of industry,logistics park is a collection of resources and services,playing an increasingly important role in social economy,improving the degree of logistics intensification,increasing the scale effect and playing an important role in supporting social and economic development.Although the development of logistics parks can meet various needs of economic and social development,due to the late development of logistics parks in Ulanqab City,the government of Ulanqab District has spent a lot of financial resources to build the parks as a way to drive the local economy.However,due to the inability of the management committee of the park to manage the planning in a reasonable manner,the park is always in an inefficient and disorderly state,and it is not able to play the governmental functions well,and the development results are always poor.This thesis takes the modern logistics park in Jining as the research object and adopts the overall idea of elaborating the current situation,finding the problems,analyzing the reasons and proposing countermeasures.Firstly,the theoretical and practical significance of the governmental function of Jining Modern Logistics Park is analyzed in the context of "One Belt,One Road" and the vigorous development of hub economy in Ulanqab City.Based on the relevant literature at home and abroad,the current situation of the function of modern logistics park in Jining is explained and the results of the previous development are summarized.The relevant concepts of logistics park and government functions involved in this thesis are explained,and the current situation of government functions in the park is summarized through questionnaires and interviews,and the deep-seated reasons behind the problems of functions in the park are analyzed in the light of the actual situation of the park development and the corresponding government policies.Finally,combining with the referenceable experience of government support in domestic outstanding logistics parks,the suggestions for optimizing government functions in the development of modern logistics parks in Jining are proposed from the perspectives of optimizing the park management system,scientifically formulating industrial planning,scientifically formulating industrial support,strengthening public service capacity,and guiding the integration of park resources.
