Study Of The Government Function In The Construction And Development Of Logistics Park In Jiangsu Province

Logistics park is a new thing which is developed by the rapid growth of China's economy under the background of the integration of the world economy.The logistics parks provide a great impetus for Jiangsu province economic growth.But due to the historical era in China,the nationwide logistics park construction started time is relatively late.There are many problems in logistics park planning,construction,development and operation in Jiangsu province.How to plan the construction of logistics park,operate in the process,effectively enhance the operational efficiency and better balance the interests of all parties are currently the real problems.The government in the construction and development of the park plays a very vital and special role for the long-term healthy development of the logistics parks.Therefore,to research the government function in the construction and development of the role,analyze the existing problems,look for solutions and enhanc the level of economic development of Jiangsu province systematically is very important.It has practical significance for the development of Long River Delta and it also can participate in the coordinated development of the national economy.The current economic geography environment and development status are described based on Jiangsu province.Literature analysis is used to sum up the layout of logistics parks in Jiangsu province.Also the policy implementation and planning situation of 13 cities in Jiangsu are analyzed in the beginning.At the same time,according to the existing of early logistics park planning of Jiangsu,the current operating situation,the future layout,participation in the process of local government,logistics enterprise survival and development of the situation are analyzed.The existence of some typical and convergence problem are discovered.The method of case study and comparative analysis are used to analyze the experiences of Germany and Japan due to the development of relatively mature pattern.And to sum up the reason of their success and government function.While the Chuanhua logistics park in Zhejiang province also be carried on the empirical analysis to combine both foreign experience and domestic advanced experience in the park.
