Grassroots Women's Federations Participate In Research On Rural Community Governance

In view of the dilemma that the grass-roots women's Federation organizations need to improve their participation in rural community governance,this paper,based on the previous research results,takes l District of Linyi City in Shandong Province as an example,and uses the methods of case analysis and investigation to study the basic situation of women's Federation organizations' participation in rural community governance in L District of Linyi City in Shandong Province,This paper attempts to summarize and extract the main problems and reasons exposed by the grassroots women's federations in rural areas in the process of participating in community governance,and put forward targeted and operational countermeasures and suggestions according to the problems,so as to provide useful reference for improving the level of grassroots women's federations participating in rural community Governance in today's society.Through in-depth visits to government organs and communities,there are two findings: first,in today's society,various mass organizations actively participate in social governance.However,due to the continuous development of social economy,there is still a big gap between the current women's work and the requirements of the Party committee and the government and the women's federations at higher levels,as well as the women's growing demand for a better life,In the process of participating in rural community governance,there are three "short boards",namely,the lack of funds for construction and management,the lack of full-time professionals,and the outdated and conservative working methods,These factors seriously restrict the grass-roots women's Federation organizations to participate in the improvement of the level of rural community governance.Secondly,through the specific analysis of the three outstanding problems existing in women's Federation organizations,the paper summarizes the reasons for the problems of women's Federation organizations participating in rural community governance,which mainly include the following three aspects: lack of support from the government and all sectors of society,lack of training opportunities for employees,and lack of reform and innovation spirit.In the previous paper,we have analyzed the problems exposed in the process of women's federations' participation in community construction,and summarized the causes of the problems.Combined with the historical background and current situation of women's federations' work,this paper puts forward three suggestions: first,strive for external support,get through the "last mile" of service,that is,actively strive for the support of government departments Strive for the assistance of other social organizations and stimulate the vitality of community women's participation;The second is to strengthen the team building and consolidate the Battle Fortress,that is,to give full play to the role of grid,strengthen the training of work skills and strengthen the construction of organizational team;The third is to change the thinking of work,improve the satisfaction of the masses,that is,to create a characteristic brand,build a new mode of work,with the help of advanced platform.This paper hopes that through the implementation of the above countermeasures and suggestions,the ability of grass-roots women's federations to participate in rural community governance can be improved,and the rural economy can achieve high-quality development.
