In April 2018,the Office of the Education Steering Committee of the State Council issued the Notice on the Implementation of the Year's Action to Prevent and Cure Bullying among Primary and Secondary School Students,which defines the year2018 as the implementation year of anti-school bullying.It also calls on various provinces,cities and schools throughout the country to attach great importance to and take active action to establish and improve the responsibility system and system for preventing and curing bullying among students.A long-term mechanism for bullying prevention is effective to curb student bullying.Prior to this action,the Ministry of Education and other departments have issued a number of documents,such as the Notice on the Special Management of Campus Bullying,the Guiding Opinions on the Prevention and Control of Bullying and Violence among Primary and Secondary School Students,and the Interim Measures for Special Supervision of Safety Work in Primary and Secondary Schools(Kindergartens),to put the prevention and control of campus bullying on the agenda.The state attaches great importance to introducing campus bullying into the perspective of relevant scholars.Through actual investigation and research,it is found that secondary vocational students are more likely to fall into campus bullying than ordinary primary and secondary school students,and the causes of various acts in such incidents have particularities.Therefore,the study of bullying in secondary vocational schools has become an important topic for secondary vocational schools and related educators and researchers.This paper defines the concept of campus bullying and campus bullying in secondary vocational schools,expounds the main forms and basic characteristics of campus bullying,expounds and analyzes the adverse effects of campus bullying and the prevention and treatment of campus bullying in secondary vocational schools.Based on frustration and aggression theory,psychosocial development theory,social learning theory and moral education theory,and on the basis of actual questionnaire survey and interview,this paper analyzes the main causes of various behavior reactions of vocational school students in campus bullying incidents,and at the four levels of secondary vocational school students' individual,family,school and society,this paper puts forward countermeasures for the prevention of bullying in secondary vocational schools.In-depth study and analysis of the causes of various acts of bullying incidents in the campus of secondary vocational students,and put forward and implement effective measures to prevent bullying incidents,not only conducive to the physical and mental health growth of secondary vocational students and their lifelong developments,but also conducive to harmonious campus construction and the school in overall sustainable development,more conducive to social harmony Stability,long-term stability and sound and rapid development.This study has important practical significance at this stage.
