The 21st century is an era of the rule of law,the party and the country have begun to pay more attention to the development of rule of law education,which makes the rule of law education in the whole moral education in a basic and leading position.As an important part of vocational education,the teaching quality of secondary vocational education under the rule of law is directly related to the overall teaching level of vocational education,and plays an irreplaceable role in promoting the professional,vocational and qualitative development of skilled talents.However,according to the current situation of rule of law education and teaching in secondary vocational schools,the teaching effect has achieved certain results,but it is still not satisfactory.Therefore,it is very necessary to improve the effectiveness of rule of law education and teaching in secondary vocational schools and promote the reform of rule of law education and teaching in secondary vocational schools.Under this background,this paper takes "the law education section of"professional ethics and law" curriculum in secondary vocational schools" as the starting point,takes the four-dimensional law education as the main line,and adopts the methods of literature research,questionnaire and interview to define the relevant concepts,determine the measurement standards,conduct field research,and analyze the problems and their influencing factors.On this basis,it provides improvement strategies for improving the teaching effectiveness of rule of law education courses in secondary vocational schools,so as to improve the teaching effectiveness of rule of law education in secondary vocational schools in our country.It can be used for reference to promote the diversification of teaching forms of rule of law education in vocational colleges and the specialization of teachers under the rule of law.Specifically,it includes the following contents:The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly describes the topic selection,research significance,literature review,and research ideas,research methods,and research innovation of this paper.The second chapter defines the concept and theoretical basis,which mainly defines the relevant concepts involved in the study.And from the perspective of "three policies and two theories" and some literature,it determines several major standards to measure the teaching effectiveness of rule of law education section of the course"Professional Ethics and Law" in secondary vocational schools.The third chapter is the investigation and research part of the current situation,based on the questionnaire and interview outline designed by the previous research,select the course "Professional Ethics and Law" of a secondary professional school in Xi'an to carry out a field survey,and comprehensively analyze the actual situation of rule of law education and teaching in this school.It shows that although the course has achieved certain results,it is still far from the expected ideal effect.The fourth chapter sorts out the problems,and finds that the current teaching of rule of law education section of this course is mainly faced with some problems,such as the secondary vocational school students still have room for progress in mastering the basic legal knowledge,the emotional identity of the rule of law is still biased,the awareness of the rule of law still needs to be strengthened,and the practice of rule of law still needs to be strengthened.The fifth chapter explores the causes of the impact,it believes that the unsatisfactory curriculum effectiveness of rule of law education in the school is mainly due to the unimplemented teaching concept of rule of law education,the imperfect curriculum system of rule of law education,the lack of learning consciousness of secondary vocational school students and the lack of professionalism of rule of law teachers.The sixth chapter explores the effective path,mainly from three aspects:changing the teaching concept of rule of law education in secondary vocational schools,perfecting the curriculum system of rule of law education in secondary vocational schools,and strengthening the teaching staff of rule of law education in secondary vocational schools.provides a multi-faceted and systematic improvement strategy,in order to promote the rule of law education in secondary vocational schools to achieve practical teaching results.In a word,this study takes the national education policy as the main guidance and the teaching effectiveness of rule of law education section of the course"Professional Ethics and Law" as the main starting point,comprehensively examines the overall level of rule of law education in a secondary vocational school.This paper clarifies the causes of the unsatisfactory teaching effectiveness of the current rule of law education in secondary vocational schools,and provides an improvement strategy for improving the effectiveness of rule of law education and teaching in vocational colleges.It can inspire the public to reflect on the necessity and importance of students' legal education.At the same time,the study only chooses the case study because of the effectiveness of investigation ability,and its representativeness has certain limitations,so it can only be left for further study.
