Problems In The Party Construction Work In Secondary Vocational Schools And Countermeasures

Secondary vocational education is an important part of the modern education system and has a positive effect on training skilled talents.In recent years,as China has paid more and more attention to party building work in secondary vocational schools,the building of basic party organizations in secondary vocational schools has accumulated certain experience in practice.However,with the rapid development of the Internet and the invasion of foreign ideologies,it has caused a relatively serious impact on the world outlook,values,and outlook on life of the staff and students of secondary vocational schools,and has made the construction of grass-roots party organizations in vocational schools extremely challenging.It is imminent to strengthen the building of party organizations in secondary vocational schools.Therefore,it is more realistic to strengthen the study on the construction of grass-roots party organizations in secondary vocational schools in the new situation.This article takes the example of six secondary vocational schools in Chongqing Light Industry School,Chongqing Business School,Chongqing Finance School,Beibei Vocational Education Center,Xiushan Vocational Education Center,Pengshui Vocational Education Center.Through the search for relevant documents in the library and on the Internet,questionnaire surveys(including network and on-site),organization of teacher-student meetings,and in-depth personal interviews with individuals,the Party Construction Work in secondary vocational schools under the new situation was analyzed.On the basis of the importance of the issue and the major problems faced,the Party’s ideological development,organizational development,institutional development,work style construction,and party style and clean government building have summarized the existing problems and causes in the current party building of secondary vocational schools.Combine the actual school to find an effective way to solve the problem.This article is divided into four parts:first part:This section first introduced the background and significance of the topic,and then conducted a literature review on the party building situation in secondary vocational schools in China.Summarizes the current situation of foreign research and domestic research,and analyzes what these research results have inadequacies in the new situation;at the end,it briefly summarizes the main research ideas and methods of this article and the innovations in this article.the second part:First of all,it explains the definition of the related concepts of party building and the theoretical foundation of the party’s grass-roots organizations.Contains the theory and practice of the classic writers on the construction of the party’s grassroots organizations,the innovation of the theory of party organization construction in China’s grass-roots party organizations,and the party building ideology of Xi Jinping since the 18 th National Congress.Finally,the characteristics and importance of party building work in secondary vocational schools were clearly pointed out.the third part:This part is mainly through questionnaire surveys,supplemented by individual interviews and seminars,etc.,to Chongqing Q School,Chongqing Business School,Chongqing Finance School,Beibei Vocational Education Center,Xiushan Vocational Education Center,Pengshui Vocational Education Center.A total of six vocational schools have analyzed and summarized the problems existing in party building work in secondary vocational schools in the new situation,and analyzed the reasons for the major problems.the fourth part:This is the key part of this article.It focuses on the new situation and new issues facing the construction of basic-level party organizations in secondary vocational schools.It combines ideological construction,organizational construction,work style construction,system construction,and party conduct and honesty in light of the reality of the school and the characteristics of party building in the post.In five aspects such as construction,we will find feasible countermeasures and continue to promote party building in secondary vocational schools.
