| Chinese excellent traditional culture is the cultural essence precipitated from the long-term evolution of Chinese civilization.It is the foundation for the Chinese nation to gain a firm foothold in the world culture,and it is the cultural fertile soil rooted in socialism with Chinese characteristics.In the face of such a treasure house of thought and culture with thousands of years of wisdom,we should uphold the principle of making the past serve the present,bring forth the new,and constantly transform its cultural essence into action and practice in real life.At the same time,it should also play the role of educating people and become the spiritual force leading the national rejuvenation.As the main position to promote party building,colleges and universities play an indispensable role in party building.Since the new era,the party building work of college students has also received more and more attention and has become an important way to cultivate socialist successors.In this regard,it has become a theoretical and practical problem worth exploring to excavate and sort out the wisdom of party building contained in Chinese excellent traditional culture,to give full play to its educational function of cultivating the soul and enlightening the mind,and to explore a set of action mechanisms for integrating it into the party building work of college students.Based on the background of today ’s era,this paper takes the party building work of college students in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region as the research object.On the basis of discussing the core concepts and related theories,this paper collects and systematically collates the relevant data of the open platform of party affairs in colleges and universities in Guangxi to investigate the current situation,and finds that its achievements have been preliminarily revealed.However,at the same time,there are also some problems,such as the lack of balance,the lack of innovation,the difficulty in realizing the synergy and the difficulty in ensuring the continuity of integration.Therefore,this paper analyzes the reasons from the aspects of field support,subject guarantee and policy setting,and puts forward the corresponding path optimization strategy,that is,to promote the balance of integration from the aspects of content,method and object,to strengthen the innovation of integration by paying attention to exploratory practice and diversified innovation methods,and to shape the cooperation mechanism. |
