The world is undergoing great changes that have not been seen in a century.Digital technology represented by big data and artificial intelligence has been fully integrated into all aspects of economic and social fields,and the tide of digital revolution has come.The development of digital technology plays an important supporting role in the political construction of the Communist Party of China.The organic combination of scientific and technological forces and ruling forces in the digital era helps to comprehensively improve the work efficiency of grass-roots party organizations.The digital age provides a strong technical support for the intelligent development and digital innovation of college students ’ party building work,and reshapes the development pattern and operation paradigm of college students ’ party building work.It is a major innovation project to adapt to the development requirements of digital society and the development law of higher education,and it is the realistic embodiment of the party building to keep pace with the times.Exploring the innovative development of college students ’ party building work in the digital age is not only an important theoretical issue,but also a practical issue that needs to be improved.Based on the background of the digital era,this paper takes the party building work of college students as the research object,along the research ideas of theoretical interpretation analysis-target principle establishment-development status analysis-development countermeasures and suggestions ’,and uses literature research method,multidisciplinary cross method,system analysis method and other research methods to systematically study the innovation and development of the party building work of college students in the digital era.Firstly,it defines the related concepts of the innovative development of college students ’ party building work in the digital age,so as to establish the logical starting point of this paper.This paper combs out the theoretical basis,policy basis and practical basis for the innovative development of college students ’party building work in the digital era,and expounds the significance of the innovative development of college students ’ party building work in the digital era.Secondly,it has established the basic requirements of promoting the highquality development of party building in colleges and universities,consolidating the construction of ideological positions in colleges and universities,and implementing the fundamental tasks of moral education in colleges and universities,and adhering to the basic principles of combining integrity with innovation,combining technology with humanities,and combining openness with security.Thirdly,through a questionnaire survey on the current situation of the innovative development of college students ’ party building work,we have a clearer understanding of the existing problems in the innovative development of college students ’ party building work in the digital age.Finally,from the three aspects of digital platform development,digital talent formation,and digital guarantee mechanism construction,the countermeasures and suggestions for the innovative development of college students ’ party building work in the digital era are proposed.
