| With Yongjiang River as its mother river,Nanning City has 18 internal rivers running through the city and eventually converging into Yongjiang River, which is a waterfront ecological city with a water system around the city.At present,Nanning City has built 148 kilometers of landscape zones on both sides of Yongjiang River in comprehensive development projects. These landscape zones form open physical spaces with characteristics in the riverfront area, including roads, green areas, squares, parking spaces, stores, activity rooms and other spatial places and public facilities, which meet the diversified needs of people living and social interaction activities in the urban area along the river. These riverside public spaces are important resources to be developed and revitalized in the city, and are also the material space to carry urban life and stimulate urban vitality. At present, the traditional closed riverfront public space governance model can no longer meet the realistic requirements, and the concept of collaborative governance can be applied to the urban riverfront public space governance as a new path choice and practice attempt.Based on this, this paper takes Nanning city as an example and selects the public space on both sides of Yongjiang river basin as the research object. This paper points out that in the current collaborative governance of urban waterfront public space, there are problems such as weak governance foundation, weak governance leadership, unqualified governance system and insufficient governance linkage, and analyzes that in the initial conditions, there are unequal power status and lack of collaborative motivation,in the catalytic leadership, there are insufficient function transformation and backward governance,in the institutional design, there are incomplete design system and lack of interaction mechanism,in the collaborative process, there are insufficient resource input and lack of collaborative mechanism. There are insufficient resources and insufficient knowledge of synergy in the process.Through research and discussion, this paper mainly explains that in order to improve the governance of urban waterfront public space,it is necessary to optimize the collaborative governance effect of multiple subjects, and puts forward corresponding optimization suggestions, namely, creating initial conditions to lay the foundation of collaboration, improving supply elements to improve governance efficiency, improving laws and regulations to enhance protection, and establishing the concept of collaboration to realize resource integration.. |
