This thesis aims to learn the current situation and problems of the organization construction of young pioneers in junior high school of hunan province through investigation.It analyzes the causes and puts forward the development countermeasures.The development of the young pioneers is related to the development of the entire society.The Party and the country always attach great importance to the work of the young pioneers.The work of Young Pioneers plays an important role in the Party's education cause.The main targets of the Young Pioneers work is focused on the pupils.For a long time,Young Pioneers work at primary schools is a major part of Hunan's whole Young Pioneers work.Less attention is paid to the work of Young Pioneers at junior high schools,with few studies and low coverage rate.However,junior high school is a key period for the education of teamwork awarness.Young Pioneers work in junior high schools is very critical but hasn't received enough attention.In view of this,this thesis selects 200 junior high schools in five cities and autonomous prefectures with different economic levels to carry out a sample survey.It also conducted interviews with the members of the municipal youth league committee,the education administrative department,Chinese Young Pioneers Working Committee and the school principals and the instructors of Young Pioneers.Through the analysis of samples,it is found that there is currently poor leadership in the organizational construction of junior high schools in our province.Personnel staffing for Young Pioneer work is unscientific with little role being played.Young pioneers encountered a vaccum phase for organizational education.The building of Pioneer battalion was not standardized,the Pioneer Companies had no activities,the Pioneer team was empty,the democratic construction of small cadres was weak,the main body was weakened,the sense of organizational identity was weak,the education position was lacking,the role was limited,and the activity innovation was not enough.It finds out that the leadership is difficult to form the leading force,the young pioneers education in schools lackinstitutional constraints and examination of incentives,the process of specialization and professionalization of instructors is making slow progress,educators of the young pioneers don't have a deep understanding with unscientific philosophy,and family doesn't show enough support.This thesis puts forward the following suggestions: to promote the cooperation between the group and the teachers,and the school should explore the ways to establish the joint force of the leadership;To promote the "double line promotion" of titles for young pioneers instructors;To strengthen the,the team is active To strengthen the collective construction of the team by standardizing the team,make the team'special and active;To strengthen the curriculum construction of young pioneers focusing on evaluation;To promote democracy,embody the main body,and strengthen the small cadre construction;To promote the integration of junior high school team and other suggestions.Therefore,the overall development of the Young Pioneer work at junior high schools in the province can be improved,and be benificial for the cohesion of the team organization consciousness of the young pioneers and the continuation of education.
