Study On The Influencing Factors Of The Quality Of Smart Elderly Care Service In Shanghai

With the deepening of the aging of the population,the traditional way of providing for the aged is difficult to adapt to the changes of society,and can not really solve the problem of providing for the aged.With the advent of the era of Internet big data,the development of Internet,Internet of things,cloud computing and big data provides the direction for the innovation of community home-based care mode.The emergence of smart pension model injects new vitality into the community home-based care service system in China,and provides new ideas for solving the pension problem.Based on the synergy theory,Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory and welfare pluralism theory,this paper takes community A in Changning District of Shanghai as the research object,and makes an in-depth study on the influencing factors of the quality of smart elderly care service in community A by using the methods of case interview and questionnaire survey.This paper mainly studies from the following three aspects: firstly,it expounds the current situation of the implementation of smart home-based care service in community A of Changning District,Shanghai,and expounds the content and process of the multi-agent collaborative smart home-based care service.Secondly,combined with the current situation of the investigated community,the policy of Shanghai pension service and related literature,the paper designs a scale of influencing factors of smart pension service quality,including community conditions,life care,medical care,spiritual comfort,smart platform,smart terminal and social participation.The questionnaire survey is conducted in community A,and a total of 49 valid questionnaires are collected 293 copies.Based on SPSS software,factor analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis are used to process,analyze and summarize the questionnaire to explore the influencing factors of the quality of smart pension service.Finally,on the basis of the empirical conclusion,combined with the implementation status and shortcomings of smart home care service in community A,the paper puts forward the development countermeasures to improve the quality of smart home care service.The results are as follows: community conditions,life care,medical care,spiritual comfort,smart platform,smart terminal and social participation have significant positive effects on the quality of smart elderly care service.Regression analysis shows that the degree of influence from large to small is spiritual comfort,life care,smart platform,medical care,community conditions,social participation and smart platform Terminal.In addition,the higher the educational level of the elderly,the lower the actual perception and evaluation of the quality of smart pension service.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the elderly group’s awareness and acceptance of smart pension;speed up the construction of smart pension service talent team;improve the standardization of smart pension;at the same time,it is also necessary to provide more diversified smart pension services,and constantly improve the quality of smart pension services.
