At present, the degree of population aging in China is developing rapidly, and it is expected to reach its peak by 2040.At present,China's population aging has many practical problems, such as a large population, unbalanced regional development, inversion of urban and rural areas, rapid growth of the elderly living alone and empty nesters.According to the latest WHO criteria for the classification of the elderly, the elderly aged 60-74 are called the younger ones According to the incomplete statistics of the China Aging Commission,by the end of 2017,the proportion of the elderly in our country has reached nearly 70%,which is the main body of the elderly population in our country. This part of the elderly is relatively young, physical fitness is relatively good, the need for care and the elderly needs are quite different With the increase of age,the group's mobility is gradually weakened, emotional changes are sensitive, and the demand for physical and psychological care is becoming increasingly prominent.Studying the care needs of this group is of great significance to better grasp the trend and process of China's ageing, alleviate the pressure of ageing, formulate pension policies, accelerate the development of ageing cause and industry, and create a harmonious and happy family. In order to solve the above problems, this paper mainly selects the public data of China Health and Old-age Tracking Survey(the second routine tracing survey project of national baseline sample in 2015),and takes the elderly aged 60-74 years who have participated in the survey project and have been interviewed as the research object, aiming at the current situation and existing problems of the old-age pension.By using the methods of descriptive analysis,cross-analysis and factor analysis, this paper compares the differences of physical health and mental health between urban and rural elderly people, excavates the care needs of the young elderly, sums up the types of home care needs of the urban and rural young elderly, and analyses the specific influencing factors of home care needs through binary logistic regression method,so as to improve the old-age service security system in China.Department,to improve the well-being of urban and rural young elderly life put forward countermeasures and suggestions. The results show that the elderly in rural areas of China are in poor physical condition, the proportion of disabled or semi-disabled is relatively high, and more vulnerable to adverse emotions. There are slight differences in the choice of home care needs between urban and rural young people in China.First, leisure and recreation, followed by daily care.In addition, the demand for psychological comfort of urban young people is relatively high, while the demand for medical care of rural young people is relatively high. There are also some differences between urban and rural younger people when choosing specific needs items under each type of care.In terms of influencing factors,in addition to personal attributes, the rural younger elderly are also more affected by social attributes in daily care, medical care and psychological comfort.
