| With the development of our society and the advance of urbanization,a special group of migrant workers has emerged in our country,which is the compulsory education basic education for all school-age children.Migrant workers are building cities,but they are also bringing with them a large number of children in their compulsory education.The education of the accompanying children has received wide attention from all sectors of society,how to make the accompanying children enjoy the same education service as the local school-age children is an important part of education justice and social justice.By means of questionnaire survey and interview survey,this paper understands the education situation of migrant children in the stage of compulsory education in Fuzhou.Combined with various data published by the Education Bureau and other documents on the education supply of migrant children,it is found that the education problems of migrant children are mainly reflected in the starting point,process and results of education.At the starting point of education,migrant children are faced with problems such as difficulties in providing admission materials,differences in admission process with local students,and different opportunities for education supply;In the process of education,the government’s investment in education is not stable,resulting in the imbalance of their own education resources;Due to the uneven distribution of social education resources and different investment in family education,migrant children are not as good as local children in the presentation of education results.By combing the education of migrant children in Fuzhou,it is found that the reasons for the supply of migrant children mainly include the following three aspects.Firstly,in terms of policy,there are some problems,such as the insufficient overall management of government resources,the inability of education investment to meet the needs of education,the defects of education policy itself and the poor publicity effect of education policy;Secondly,in the social aspect,there are inter school differences in teacher resources and imbalance in the distribution of educational resources;Finally,there are some problems in parents,such as low education level,high labor intensity,long working hours and high mobility,which makes the parents of migrant children generally have the problems of relatively little investment in family education and poor communication with school education.Starting from the reasons,this paper puts forward three countermeasures:balancing educational resources,increasing the investment of educational funds and improving educational policies,hoping to help the education supply services of migrant children,and finally realize the goal of educational equity. |
