From the perspective of compulsory education stage,this paper investigates and analyses the right to edueation of left-behind ehildren in rural areas,aiming at further studying the problems existing in the right to education of left-behind children in rural areas at the stage of compulsory education and exploring how to guarantee them.In the process of writing,we use the field survey method to obtain accurate data and local conditions;use literature research method to find a large number of relevant papers,authoritative data,etc.,to comprehensively analyze the current situation of guaranteeing the right to compulsory education of left-behind children in rural areas in China;use empirical analysis method to understand the compulsory education of left-behind children in rural areas in central and western rural areas on-the-spot investigation of primary and secondary schools.The basic situation and existing problems are analyzed,and the reasons affecting the realization of the right to education are analyzed.Starting from discussing what is left-behind children in rural areas,what is compulsory education and what is the right to receive education,after in-depth analysis,the content of the right to receive education at the stage of compulsory education of left-behind children in rural areas is summed up as,,equal right to receive education,freedom of education,welfare right to receive education and the right to demand education";legal protection,at present,involves the protection of the right to receive education of left-behind children in rural areas.There are many laws,but there is no specific legislation for left-behind children in rural areas,only some normative documents provide in-depth protection for left-behind children in rural areas;after in-depth investigation,the situation of compulsory education of left-behind children in rural areas in China from the macro perspective,combined with the situation of compulsory education in S primary schools in Inner Mongolia microcosmically,a comprehensive analysis is made to summarize the current situation of compulsory education of left-behind children in rural areas in China.According to the survey and summary of the problems,summarize the reasons,and propose solutions.Mainly includes:insufficient legislative guarantee at the national level and inadequate remedies,so we should strengthen legislative guarantee,make targeted legislation for left-behind children in rural areas,and build a public interest litigation system for education;there are problems at the school level,such as insufficient equal attention,backward teaching system and lack of educational resources,and propose that we should strengthen the teaching incentive and supervision,innovate and improve teaching in rural schools.At the family level,for the absence of guardianship,economic difficulties and weak legal concept,the author proposes to improve the guardianship system,ensure educational welfare,and strengthen legal education for parents of left-behind children in rural areas.From these three dimensions,we strive to ensure that left-behind children in rural areas receive education at the stage of compulsory education,receive good education,have good learning effect,and realize the right to education.
