Research On The Aged-Supporting In Rural Area In T Town,Tangshan City Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

The rural revitalization strategy is a rural development and construction strategy put forward to solve the "three rural" problems.The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China first proposed to implement the rural revitalization strategy,and adhere to the comprehensive revitalization of the countryside.With the further development of our society and the gradual deepening of population aging,the problem of old-age care for the elderly in rural areas has become a pain point and a blocking point that restricts the development of rural revitalization.How to ensure the realization of the elderly in rural areas in the context of rural revitalization has become a topic that we have to face in our real society.This paper focuses on the reality of rural pensions in T Town,Tangshan City,from five aspects: population status,customs,economic development level,pension mechanism and related policies,and pension models,and restores T Town in Tangshan City through surveys and visits.the real situation.T town has the characteristics of rapid growth,large base and large proportion of the elderly population in rural areas;the customs and habits are conservative,and they are unwilling to accept the new pension model.They are satisfied with the status quo and are impacted by modern concepts;The economic development level of T town is not high,and the disposable income is low;although there are many laws and regulations,detailed documents and preferential policies in Tangshan City,the awareness rate of the elderly is low.This situation is caused by many factors,such as the low level of economic development in T town,the limited function of traditional family care for the elderly,the imperfect legal system,and the elderly themselves.In the context of rural revitalization,the author proposes rural pension strategies suitable for the region,emphasizing the need to strengthen the support of the party and the government to provide a strong organizational guarantee for rural pensions;to consolidate the economic foundation of rural pensions,and to promote the elderly through the introduction of rural enterprises.Re-employment and other measures ensure that the elderly have sufficient pension capital;it is necessary to improve relevant laws and regulations and other normative documents,formulate detailed rules to ensure the effectiveness of implementation,and pay attention to legislative trends;Carry out a culture of filial piety and respect for the elderly;it is necessary to integrate social resources,promote the innovation,transformation and upgrading of the pension model in T town,and form its own pension model.
