Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Enterprise Registration In Luanzhou City

With the development of economic society,government departments are no longer managers of the socialist market economy,but need to gradually transform into service providers to achieve an organic combination of management and service.In this context,the concept of optimizing the business environment was proposed,which is a precise contribution to the development bottleneck faced by China’s economic and social development.Enterprise registration is the first threshold for market entities to enter the market and an important part of optimizing the business environment.Accelerating the optimization of enterprise registration is conducive to optimizing the business environment,further reducing the entry threshold for market entities,thereby stimulating market vitality and promoting rapid economic development.This study analyzes the current state of enterprise registration in Luanzhou City and puts forward views on optimizing the business environment and deepening the reform of enterprise registration.It has certain practical significance for solving the problem of enterprise registration in Luanzhou City,and provides a new perspective for the academic community to study the relevant issues of local government enterprise registration.The main research content of this article includes: Systematically explained the enterprise registration,combined with new public service theory,transaction cost theory,and market access system theory to conduct research on enterprise registration in Luanzhou City;To investigate the current situation of enterprise registration in Luanzhou City,a questionnaire survey was used to investigate the awareness of enterprise registration work,the convenience of online business processing,business promotion,and the professional level of staff;Summarize the problems existing in the registration of enterprises in Luanzhou City,mainly including difficulties in information sharing among departments,the increase in false registration,the increase in regulatory difficulties in "licensing before certification",the need to improve the level of registration services,and the difficulty in popularizing the entire electronic system.By summarizing the results of questionnaire surveys and on-site interviews,the reasons for the problems in enterprise registration in Luanzhou City are summarized,including low level of information technology in enterprise registration,inadequate supervision of enterprise registration,lack of coordination and linkage between government departments,unscientific setting of enterprise registration personnel,and inadequate promotion of reform policies.The relevant countermeasures for improving enterprise registration work have been proposed,including accelerating the informationization construction of enterprise registration,strengthening the supervision of enterprise registration,establishing a coordination and linkage mechanism among departments,accelerating the construction of enterprise registration talents,and promoting online and offline multi-channel publicity.This article takes the enterprise registration work in Luanzhou City as the starting point for research.By summarizing and analyzing the problems in enterprise registration in Luanzhou City and further improving the countermeasures,it enriches the research on county level enterprise registration work,and provides reference for similar situations in other regions.
