As an important way of talent training in private undergraduate colleges in China,school-enterprise cooperation and the combination of industry and finance have shown rapid development in recent years.These measures are also the indispensable keys to vocational education.With the continuous deepening of China’s industrial upgrading and transformation process,the demand for compound talents with high comprehensive quality continues to improve.Based on this,the state has issued a series of policies to strengthen the school-enterprise cooperation between undergraduate universities.Some achievements have been made,but they also reflect many problems and deficiencies.Therefore,this study carries out in-depth research and analysis on the talent training policy of school-enterprise cooperation in applied private undergraduate colleges,develops the shortcomings on this basis,and explores feasible optimization measures.This research follows the logical thinking of finding problems-solving problems-solving problems,and conducts multi-dimensional research and analysis on the talent training policy of school-enterprise cooperation in applied private undergraduate colleges through research methods such as questionnaire surveys,open-ended interviews,and literature research..First,under the premise of clarifying the research background,comprehensively sort out the current research situation on this topic at home and abroad,analyze and elaborate the relevant research methods and research conclusions,and provide theoretical support for the follow-up research.Secondly,it conducts in-depth research and analysis on the relevant policies of this topic,and analyzes and expounds the supervision and related policies of school-enterprise cooperation.Third,taking 3undergraduate colleges and universities in Fujian as the research objects,conducting questionnaire surveys and interviews with teachers,students and school leaders of colleges and universities,and based on this,the lack of sufficient policy binding force and detail in the implementation process of the policy.Insufficient degree of transformation and imperfect use structure of policy tools.Finally,based on the above research and analysis,feasible optimization strategies are put forward for the school-enterprise cooperation personnel training policy,including optimizing and perfecting the content of the school-enterprise cooperation policy,strengthening the construction of related supporting facilities,and establishing a scientific and sound supervision system.Through the above research and analysis,the relevant content and implementation of the policy can be effectively optimized and improved,and the overall effect of the talent training policy can be comprehensively improved,which can not only effectively promote the overall development of private undergraduate universities,but also a key measure to effectively promote the stable development of university-enterprise cooperation.
