A Study On The Role Of Local Government In School-enterprise Cooperation Of Private Vocational Colleges In Jiangsu Province

At present,China's reform and opening up has been more than 40 years.Due to the rapid development of economy,the demand for professional and skilled talents has been increasing year by year,which has led to the vigorous development of higher vocational education.Higher vocational education,as an important part of China's education system,has been paid more and more attention by the state and society.In order to further develop vocational education,our government timely proposed to actively promote the integration of industry and education,school-enterprise cooperation.Some opinions of the general office of the State Council on deepening the integration of industry and education put forward a series of specific requirements at the national level on how to strengthen school-enterprise cooperation from a macro perspective.Private higher vocational education is a new type of group in higher vocational education system,which is run by individuals and social organizations.It can not only reduce the financial pressure of the government on education investment,but also benefit the transition of education objects from elite education to mass education,and provide a large number of skilled talents for the development of local economy.The healthy development of private higher vocational education is closely related to the cooperation between schools and enterprises.The policy support of the state,especially the support of the local government,is the basis of the operation of school-enterprise cooperation in accordance with the law.The role of government in promoting the cooperation between private higher vocational schools and enterprises is not only related to the effectiveness of vocational education personnel training,but also affects the optimization of local industrial structure and regional economic development.Jiangsu Province has always been an important economic and Educational Province in China.For many years,under the background of education marketization and education industrialization,relying on the support of local government,Jiangsu private higher vocational colleges,guided by the market demand,have carried out various modes of cooperation with enterprises,worked hard to run schools,trained and transported a large number of excellent talents for the social and economic development of Jiangsu Province and even the whole country,and for the national education development and economic development And other aspects have made indelible outstanding contributions.From the perspective of local government,this paper selects Jiangsu Province as a model,with the help of literature research,comparative research and case study,and takes the role of local government as the research point,combing the research materials and successful practices related to school-enterprise cooperation at home and abroad,as well as my practical experience in the work of civilian run higher vocational education,through analysis,targeted at the local government in the private sector This paper analyzes the role orientation of higher vocational school-enterprise cooperation,finds out the reasons,and puts forward the aspects to be improved and reasonable countermeasures and suggestions.It is expected that the local government can play a more active role in the school-enterprise cooperation of private higher vocational education,promote the healthy and sustainable development of higher vocational education,and further promote the local regional economy.
