Study On The Countermeasures Of Local Government To Support The Development Of School-enterprise Cooperation In Higher Vocational Colleges

In recent years,the state has continuously issued relevant policies to support higher vocational education and encourage higher vocational colleges to cultivate application-oriented skilled talents with "craftsmanship".The higher vocational colleges and universities in China have been responding to the call for talent training,education and teaching reform,and actively exploring the road of school-enterprise cooperation.Many scholars have pointed out the problems in the cooperation from the perspective of institutions and enterprises and put forward many targeted suggestions.The participation of local government can further improve the quality of school-enterprise cooperation development and promote the deep integration of industry-university-research,which is of great significance to the local economic level and talent cultivation.Therefore,this paper proposes a study of countermeasures for local governments to support the development of school-enterprise cooperation in higher education institutions,hoping to make a modest contribution to the overall development of local talents,economy and society.Based on this,the author summarizes the current situation of Wenzhou government’s participation in school-enterprise cooperation in four aspects: policy making,financial support,service provision and communication and coordination,based on the theoretical knowledge of public management and the necessity of government participation in school-enterprise cooperation,combined with the social and economic environment of Wenzhou.Then,with the convenience of personal work,the author starts from the classic school-enterprise cooperation case of College X.Through questionnaires and interviews,the author conducts an empirical study to analyze the main problems of the Wenzhou Municipal Government in terms of policy interpretation,supporting laws and regulations,and services provided,as well as the reasons for the problems.Finally,by drawing on excellent cases at home and abroad,we propose countermeasures for local governments to support school-enterprise cooperation in higher education institutions: clarify the government’s role,establish a communication mechanism for school-enterprise cooperation,mobilize the enthusiasm of school-enterprise participants,build a supervision and evaluation system,and encourage the participation of multiple social forces to better promote the development of school-enterprise cooperation.
