Research On The Effectiveness And Improvement Countermeasures Of Network Public Opinion Governance Of Grass-roots Government

In recent years,with the popularization of the Internet and the development of network technology,the number of Internet users in China is increasing year by year.More and more public begin to express their opinions,emotions and views through the network platform,so the problems of network public opinion are gradually increasing.General Secretary Xi Jinping repeatedly stressed the need to "build a good network ecosystem,give full play to the role of the Internet in guiding public opinion and reflecting public opinion".With the gradual construction of the national network information work system in recent years,a top-down network public opinion management system has been formed.However,in terms of the results achieved in this work,many problems have also been exposed.This paper aims to expound the current situation of Y street network public opinion governance,put forward the problems existing in the current grass-roots government in this work,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.I hope this paper can give reference to the network public opinion governance of similar grass-roots governments.This paper uses a variety of research methods to summarize the effectiveness of network public opinion governance of grass-roots governments in China,lists the theories needed for network public opinion governance analysis,and defines the importance of network public opinion governance of grass-roots governments;Taking the practice of Y street network public opinion governance as an example,this paper investigates the lack of Y street network public opinion governance by means of interview and questionnaire,expounds the development characteristics of network public opinion in four stages,and analyzes the reasons for the lack of Y street network public opinion governance;This paper extends the common problems of network public opinion governance of grass-roots government,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.Finally,it puts forward three suggestions on the network public opinion governance of grass-roots governments: changing working ideas,perfecting system and mechanism and strengthening the construction of cadres.
