Research On The Governance Of Rural C Community In Pizhou City

Rural community governance is one of the important parts of rural governance,which is of great significance to the realization of Rural Revitalization.In recent years,Pizhou rural C community has made some achievements and experience in rural community governance by strengthening Party building,strengthening industry,and implementing grid governance.However,with the change of governance environment,C community is also facing some problems and challenges,which affect the development of the community.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the governance of rural C community,find out the existing problems,and put forward reasonable countermeasures and suggestions,so as to improve the governance level and ability of rural C community,and promote the modernization of rural community governance in Pizhou City.Based on governance theory,polycentric governance theory and new public service theory,this paper studies the governance practice of rural C community in Pizhou.Through the methods of literature research,questionnaire,interview and case analysis,we find the problems of rural C community governance.Comprehensive use of theoretical knowledge to analyze the underlying causes of C community governance problems,including governance concept is not deep enough,citizen consciousness is not strong,talent attraction is not enough,community cultural product supply mechanism is not scientific and so on.Finally,in the context of Rural Revitalization and the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity,combined with the reality of rural C community,this paper comprehensively uses governance theory,multi center governance theory and new public service theory,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of straightening out the governance system,strengthening civic awareness education,improving the selection and appointment mechanism,and scientific supply of cultural products.
