Analysis Of Influencing Factors On The Development Of H Private Pension Institutions Based On DEMATEL

With the continuous deepening of aging in Chinese society,aging has become an unavoidable dilemma in China,and the country is paying more attention to the many problems brought about by population aging.To address this issue,it is necessary to vigorously develop industries related to elderly care services.With the continuous increase of the elderly population,various forms of elderly care have emerged in the market,such as home-based elderly care,community elderly care,public elderly care institutions,private elderly care institutions,new elderly care models,etc.With the continuous innovation of various elderly care methods,private elderly care institutions,as one of the important elderly care methods,have faced enormous competitive pressure.How to ensure the healthy development of private elderly care institutions is currently an important issue worth paying attention to.This article takes H private pension institutions as the research object,analyzes the influencing factors of its development,explores key influencing factors,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions on this basis.The main research content of this article is as follows:(1)By analyzing the current relevant policies and the actual operation of H private pension institutions,the factors that affect the development of H Private pension institutions are analyzed from the government level,corporate social level,and social level.(2)Analyze the influencing factors of the development of H private pension institutions and construct a DEMATEL method based on probabilistic language information to study key influencing factors.Firstly,an expert evaluation system is constructed based on the probabilistic language terminology set.Secondly,use DEMATEL to analyze the influencing factors and identify the key influencing factors.Finally,the applicability of this method is demonstrated through numerical analysis.(3)According to the actual situation of H private pension institutions,the GRADEMATEL method based on PLTS was used to analyze all the influencing factors of the three levels,and find the key factors affecting the development of H private pension institutions.(4)Analyze the key factors of H Private pension institutions,collect the basic information of H private pension institutions,combine the actual situation of H private pension institutions,analyze the existing problems,and put forward corresponding improvement suggestions to help H private pension institutions continue to develop for a long time.
