Nowadays,the aging population of the city is getting higher and higher,and the former pension mode has been unable to meet the needs of the city.In view of this,the thinking of the elderly has begun to shift to institutional pensions,and there is a growing demand for institutional services.The private old-age care institutions adapted to this have developed rapidly under the guidance of policies and the promotion of the market.However,the disadvantage of the old-age pension institutions is that the service of the old-age care institutions does not meet the standards of the elderly for different service needs.In order to cope with this ever-increasing demand,it is extremely urgent to improve the service satisfaction of private pension institutions.This paper focuses on the elderly in seven private pension institutions in this city,Hebei province as the investigation object for an empirical research so as to find the connections between the service satisfaction of private pension institution and its influencing factors.Then the influence degree of these factors on the private pension institutions service satisfaction will be discussed.Finally,based on the existing theory and the data analysis obtained in this paper,some ideas and ways to improve the service satisfaction degree of private pension institutions are given.In this paper,firstly,the relevant literature is reviewed and combed in the theoretical literature;then in the theoretical model,the main reference is to the foreign ACSI satisfaction model,and on this basis,a model suitable for the service satisfaction of private pension institutions is established.Based on the six hypotheses based on the model,a satisfaction satisfaction survey questionnaire was designed based on the model and correlation analysis.Through questionnaire pretesting and pre-investigation,unqualified subjects were revised and the questionnaire was finalized.A total of 250 senior citizens were distributed to the questionnaires.In the end,only 225 of them were actually able to conduct research because of various reasons.Then SPSS 22.0 was used to analyze relevant data and reliability-related regressions.The service satisfaction status of the pension institutions and the relationship between the indicators.After analyzing the observed variables in this paper,we know that customer expectations,quality perception,and value perception are all related to the service satisfaction of private pension institutions.Finally,AMOS 21.0 is used to determine the relationship between the observed variables and the indicators and to obtain private pensions.The order of the influencing factors of institutional service satisfaction,The results show that quality perception is the biggest factor affecting the organization's satisfaction.Value perception is second,customer expectations are lowest,and the hypothesis established by the previous article is also passed.The research results of this paper may be helpful to explore the theoretical research on service satisfaction degree of private pension institutions,and promote the development and improvement of the service system of private pension institutions.
