Research On Management Of Illegal Construction In Urban Areas

In recent years,with the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,people’s demand is also increasing,and the management chaos in some cities has attracted more and more social attention.Illegal construction of mobile board houses,balcony expansion,illegal closure of public corridors,illegal closure of fire passageways and so on,more or less affect the normal life of people,bring a lot of inconvenience to the life of urban citizens,and even there are many security risks.With the rapid development of China’s economy,the appearance of the city is also changing with each passing day.Behind the rapid expansion of urban areas and sustained population growth,how to further improve the level of refinement of urban management and reduce the occurrence of illegal construction has become the most realistic issue in front of us.In 2020,Y City successfully established a national civilized city,and the whole city took the opportunity of creating a national civilized city as an opportunity to further refine the level of urban management,from mobile stalls to outdoor advertising,and then to the governance of illegal construction.are the top priorities in urban management.As a city management and law enforcement department,in the daily work of managing illegal construction,it is not so smooth,and it always encounters large and small problems in the process of managing illegal construction,which makes it difficult to further implement and promote illegal construction.Therefore,in the illegal construction management work,how to solve the problems existing in the illegal construction governance,and effectively promote the illegal construction governance work has become the first difficult problem.According to the reality of illegal construction in D District of Y City,based on stakeholder theory,good governance theory and collaborative governance theory,literature research,questionnaire survey and comparative analysis are used to analyze and study the governance of illegal construction in D district.In the form of questionnaires and interviews,questionnaires are distributed to the masses in urban areas and colleagues in the work unit,and interviews are conducted with colleagues and objects in the work unit to understand the problems and reasons existing in the process of illegal construction and governance,so as to put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.It is found that the problems such as low efficiency of law enforcement,weak maneuverability of policies and regulations,weak planning control and tedious dismantling process affect the effective promotion of illegal construction and governance work.through the study of the excellent experience of other areas at home and abroad to dig out the typical examples that can be used for reference,so as to put forward targeted and operational countermeasures.I hope to put forward constructive opinions and suggestions on strictly implementing the main responsibilities of various departments,improving laws and regulations,optimizing the planning examination and approval system,and improving the coordinated management of illegal construction.
