| Education is a national strategy, and the development and prosperity of a country cannot be separated from the promotion and support of education.Since the 21 st century,China has always advocated the appropriate and advanced development of education, especially the priority development of basic education. The quality of basic education directly affects the quality of China’s infrastructure construction and educational development.Among them, the phenomenon of overweight primary and secondary school students has existed for a long time, seriously affecting the process of running a satisfactory education for the people in China. For this reason, the Party and the country attach great importance to the implementation and implementation of education burden reduction through the introduction of corresponding policies and regulations, but the actual effect is not satisfactory. The problem of excessive burden on primary and secondary students still restricts the development of basic education in China. Therefore,as the most direct method of effectiveness feedback,it is necessary to promptly understand the most authentic views and opinions of the public on the burden reduction policy,so as to identify problems and effectively solve them,in order to break the practical dilemma of our country’s basic education burden reduction work and solve the biggest obstacle to the development of primary and secondary education. This study applies public policy evaluation theory and satisfaction theory, and takes the public in Xi’an as the research object.Based on the satisfaction model,it investigates and analyzes the satisfaction level of the public in Xi’an with the burden reduction policies for primary and secondary school students in this city.At the same time,it has combed the burden reduction policies and current situation of primary and secondary school students in Xi’an since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, constructed the evaluation index system of burden reduction policy satisfaction and corresponding burden reduction policy satisfaction model for this study, and proposed theoretical assumptions about the organic interconnection and interaction between public expectations, perceived quality, perceived value, public satisfaction, public loyalty, and public complaints.Data collection was conducted through questionnaires, field interviews, telephone consultations, and other methods.Empirical analysis was used to test the reliability and validity of the collected data using SPSS26.0 and AMOS24.0 software,as well as satisfaction analysis.Matching parameter indicators were used to verify the degree of agreement between the model and actual data and the rationality of the original hypothesis. Finally, through the analysis of empirical results,it is found that, except for the negative impact of public expectations on perceived quality, perceived value, and public satisfaction,as well as public satisfaction on public complaints, other factors are positively correlated. It can be seen that the current public evaluation of burden reduction policies for primary and secondary school students in Xi’an is generally biased, indicating that there is still room for improvement in education burden reduction. Therefore, based on the empirical analysis results and the uneven allocation of educational resources, feasible suggestions and measures are proposed to optimize the allocation of educational resources, increase the monitoring and evaluation of burden reduction, build a communication and consultation platform for burden reduction, and create a good policy environment for burden reduction. This research helps to make up for the shortcomings of the current burden reduction policies for primary and secondary school students in Xi’an,and provides reference and reference for the development of basic undertakings in China. |
