Evaluatyion Of The Implementation Effect Of Microcredit Policies For People Alleviated From Poverty

As an innovative product of inclusive finance,the poverty alleviation microcredit policy effectively solves the problems of financing difficulties and high financing costs for poor households in the specific implementation stage,thereby providing a strong guarantee for the realization of poverty alleviation goals.At present,China is in the stage of consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation and comprehensive transition to rural revitalization,and the microcredit policy for the poverty alleviated population can continue to help the poverty alleviated households develop production and avoid problems such as large-scale return to poverty.Starting from the implementation status of microcredit policy for poverty alleviation population in Zhangbei County,this paper takes the theory of poverty vicious circle,stakeholders and policy process as the research basis,consults relevant literature research materials,combines daily research and visits,constructs the evaluation system of the effect of microcredit policy for poverty alleviation population,and calculates the weight of indicators through analytic hierarchy,and effectively collects the evaluation result information by questionnaire survey,so as to analyze the reasons for the poor implementation of microcredit policy for poverty alleviation population in Zhangbei County.Combined with the lack of current policy implementation,the implementation strategy of microcredit policy for poverty alleviation population is optimized in a targeted manner.In general,based on the implementation effect of the microcredit policy for poverty alleviation in Zhangbei County,it can be affirmed that the policy is feasible and effective.In particular,microcredit policies are essential to support households that have been lifted out of poverty to achieve stable income growth,so they need to be implemented in a long-term and sustained manner.For microcredit policies for people who have been lifted out of poverty,the content and coordination mechanism of the policies should be continuously optimized,the initiative of policy target groups should be improved,and the services and management in the process of policy implementation should be strengthened,so as to improve the implementation effect of microcredit policies for people who have been lifted out of poverty and help realize the strategy of rural revitalization.
