Study On Optimizing Business Environment Of Hulunbuir City And Its Countermeasures

As China’s economic development enters the period of the 14 th Five-Year Plan and the country’s overall economy shifts from rapid development to high-quality development,how to further optimize the business environment has once again become a topic of public concern.Business environment is a reflection of a region’s comprehensive economic strength.Creating a good business environment helps to improve a region’s comprehensive competitiveness,which is an important productive force to promote economic and social development.Hulunbuir began to strengthen the construction and development of the business environment during the 13 th Five-Year Plan period.During the 14 th Five-Year Plan period,all regions in the country face new development opportunities and increasingly fierce competition for economic development.How to enhance the strength of economic development by optimizing the construction of the business environment and improving the efficiency and quality of investment attraction is the key for Hulunbuir to achieve high-quality economic development.This study draws on the relevant research results of the academic circle,applies the relevant theories of public management,and analyzes the current situation of Hulunbuir’s business environment through literature analysis,comparative analysis and questionnaire.It finds that Hulunbuir still faces challenges in optimizing the business environment,and there are many problems and shortcomings.It is mainly reflected in the low overall level of government service environment,the imperfect construction of the business legal system,the imperfect self-development of the market environment,and the lack of talent training and introduction.On the basis of analyzing the causes of its formation and referring to the advanced experience of other regions inside and outside the district,the paper puts forward some specific countermeasures to optimize the government’s government affairs service environment,strengthen the construction of the business law system,improve the market environment construction system and strengthen the construction of outstanding talents,so as to offer suggestions for optimizing the business environment of Hulunbuir city and promoting its high-quality economic development.
