Research On The Optimization Of Business Environment Of Lu’an Municipal Government

The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China regards optimizing the business environment as an important part of building a high-level socialist market economic system and promoting high-level opening up.The business environment is the most important environment of the market economy.It is the foundation and source of vitality for the development of market players.The Party Central Committee attaches great importance to the advantages and disadvantages of the business environment.In the new era,on the one hand,governments at all levels actively formulate business environment optimization policies.On the one hand,there are more or less problems in the process of business environment optimization.In the case of the same geographical environment and location environment,it is better than the business environment.A city ’s business environment is excellent,enterprises are willing to go,and major projects are landed there,which is the reality.The analysis of the causes of the problems found is mainly due to four aspects: unsmooth work scheduling,unsmooth corporate appeals,unoptimized talent team,and inadequate innovation publicity.Based on the experience and practice of business environment construction in the Yangtze River Delta region,four countermeasures are put forward under the theoretical framework:strengthening work scheduling,establishing a special class mechanism,smoothing the channels of enterprise appeal,carrying out case notification,optimizing the talent team,improving the professional level,innovating the way of publicity,and expanding the scope of publicity.Starting from these four paths,the optimization and reconstruction of the business environment of Lu’an municipal government is finally formed,which promotes the deepening of the business environment of Lu’an city,and can also provide reference for the optimization of the business environment of other similar cities.Based on the above research on the optimization of the business environment of Lu ’an municipal government,it aims to achieve a better business environment,provide some reference for the optimization of the business environment of Lu ’an municipal government,and drive the economic growth of Lu ’an city.
